Email collaboration, onboarding new staff who need access to multiple inboxes, automated rules, signatures, group chat, etc. It's made internal communication, email handoff, and overall collaboration a breeze. Their customer support is very fast and responsive, A+. Big fan\!

> **Desvantagens**: I wish they had a way to video chat (like Slack has) team members and since it's very robust, integration takes a little longer than I'd like
