Vantagens:

I liked how easy it was to get set-up and roll the service out to customers. It is simple and straightforward.

Desvantagens:

I would like more reporting options and for customers to receive an email to let them know if their referral hasn't been successful.

Excellent support and flexible programme!

Vantagens:

The team at Buyapowa have been so supportive and have provided their expertise and guidance throughout whilst we switched over to our new refer a friend scheme. The flexibility of the programme and the endless technical support has also been brilliant and meant that the set up was smooth. Our account manager [sensitive content hidden] is also so helpful, provides us with regular updates and always provides support with our queries. It's a pleasure working with the Buyapowa team and we look forward to continuing to work together for the coming years!

Desvantagens:

Nothing - set up and launch has gone really smoothly and we're pleased with our results so far. I'm really looking forward to working with Buyapowa to grow our customer base on the platform over the coming months!

The reporting has little information of value (graphs, evolution, comparisons) The management customers claims is difficult ( platform information about rewards&clients is not usful) and changes of the content of the campaign is not very agile The rewards payment method (Paypal) does not meet our needs (Hayoperwallet)

Easy self serve portal with great account management

Comentários: My experience working with Buyapowa, and specifically with account manager Viktoriya, has been positive. Viktoriya has been extremely accommodating, with weekly catch-ups and prompt responses to any queries.

Vantagens:

Helpful account manager and useful data overview portal. Buyapowa ensure it is easy for clients to self serve and access user reports at their own will.

Desvantagens:

Buyapowa's email design system could be better with the ability to implement custom HTML, the layouts can be quite restrictive.

Vast retailer and voucher options. Robust infrastructure. People working for Buyapowa. Flexibility, discipline, running extra mile(s) for small companies like us which do not fit a simple box.

Desvantagens:

Scalability can be improved. There is nothing not to like about.

The implementation team are very knowledgable, helpful and made setting this scheme up simple. The product itself is great, and allows us to easily generate referrals. Very scalable and open-source which allows easy intergration to custom systems

- Insightful technical documentation helped technical teams start integration very quickly - Cooperation with project team/solution architects was exceptional to find workarounds on corner cases not supported out of the box. - Responsiveness to support requests and all kind of questions that came up during integration. - Flexibility in their product customization helped us overcome unsupported

Desvantagens:

Very customer oriented team; helped us implement our customer acquisition program, hence no real complaint.

Comentários: Overwhelmingly positive. I don't think I have another external partner that does as much as BuyaPowa does, and at the speed they deliver.

Vantagens:

BuyaPowa has a team full of powerhouses. They take their time to come visit us in person and talk things through with whoever we want. They are willing to help us come up with new ideas and innovate to make our relationship stronger. The client success manager I am paired with, [sensitive content hidden], is probably the best external partner I have. He is always at the ready to respond to my questions and relay information to the appropriate teams.

Desvantagens:

With the company that I work with, there is a lot of politics that come to decision, but sometimes there are things that I can't change but I am asked to pitch it to someone multiple times.

In fact, our satisfaction with Buyapowa led us to expand the scope of work and contract other products under DIRECTV brand as well.

Vantagens:

Great team who are engaged and supportive of the program, working towards optimisations and grow as a channel. Team are always great at implementing new ideas proposed by the business and we've seen a strong growth in the program over the years.

Desvantagens:

Limited performance tracking dashboards - would be helpful to have more engaged dashboards built in the platform.

Vantagens:

The service is fanatastic - always fast to respond and helps you navigate platform very well. The platofrm is simple and easy to track referrals.

Desvantagens:

Not many cons, the platform is easy to navigate however having more opitons to see the campaigns live on the referral dashboard would be a good feature to add.

Vantagens:

Buyapowa has it all - a super product, coupled with a brilliant client support team that make it their business to understand our business, thus implementing bespoke solutions to business requirements despite market challenges. Nothing is too much trouble when we work with the technical team. Easy, innovative and intuitive platform to use - and one to watch for the future. Amplifying our ability to grow a thriving advocate marketing channel for our members.

Desvantagens:

We're transitioning over to V2 of the platform soon, which will unlock new capabilities in content management, optimised user experience and reporting.

Comentários: Overall my experience has been positive and offers us a robust solution to deliver referral programme. Partnership has been in place for over a year and still finding new ways to maximise the platform and service. Good team set up and Client Success Manager pulls in other Buyapowa team members with specific expertise when needed to discuss content, technical or other ideas.

Vantagens:

Easy to use portal that allows visibility into the number of signups, referrals and more. Generating reports from the platform is made simple and easy to review top level data. Client Success Manager is great to work with, engaged in any new developments and dedicated to the customer experience. Simple integration and management of new rewards.

Desvantagens:

My only challenge is the system's inflexibility to deliver new campaign email templates or ad hoc campaign capability, which would be an added bonus as the reporting offers actionable insights and interesting trends.
