> **Desvantagens**: There are features that I think are simple and wish could be added. Like the phone number on the customer account, there should be an option to check if it's a mobile (available for SMS) or not. &#10;&#10;I also noticed that every time there's an "upgrade or update", an existing feature fails. The last instance I noticed was the update in Engage where it prompts you to save or leave the existing interaction. When that showed up, there were sync issues between FP accounts and Engage.

> Overall, the tool is still highly recommended. Majority of the features I feel like we are using but I know there's an opportunity to learn more about how we can maximize the tool.
