I also noticed that every time there's an "upgrade or update", an existing feature fails. The last instance I noticed was the update in Engage where it prompts you to save or leave the existing interaction. When that showed up, there were sync issues between FP accounts and Engage. > > Overall, the tool is still highly recommended.
