A powerful multi use Registration Platform

Vantagens:

Brushfire is an outstanding multi-use ticketing platform perfect for all sized events and loaded with great reporting, registration, and check in tools. Its very easy to use compared to other platforms on the market and gives you multiple personalisation tools in the ticketing space to make your event run smoothy. I would highly recommend this platform and the customer service and support is better then the majority of software companies on the market.

Desvantagens:

Lack of triggers to automate email communication or customised forms to collect additional information (and only additional information) post registration.

Comentários: Excellent! They understood that our success was their success and worked with us to make their platform work for us.

Vantagens:

The company and staff were willing to work with us to meet our ticketing and technology needs (which were challenging). They were responsive to our requests for information & support. They went the extra mile and showed up at our site before we rolled out the ticketing platform. They continued to provide great support during the first season. We look forward to working with them next year.

Desvantagens:

We did not have any major issues with Brushfire during the time we worked with them.

We love Brushfire's customer service, and report features, interface isn't the easiest for customers

Comentários: We used this for our women's conference in the Dolby for 3 yrs in a row and will be using it for our 4th year.

Vantagens:

Customer Service, seat map ability, exporting reports is super easy, tracking promotional code usage

Desvantagens:

Using Promo codes isn't that easy and gets confused with access code for customers, which results in a lot of phone calls/ emails. Also it would be great if access code would take you right to which seats they actually open instead of still having to know the section and click on it after you've entered the access code.

Love this system

Vantagens:

The ease of integrating registration and payment. The software is also incredibly user friendly.

Desvantagens:

The fees, but it’s still worth it! I keep coming back to Brushfire again and again.

So robust, yet so easy to use!

Comentários: Amazing! We'll be using them again and again - and recommending them to others!

Vantagens:

Ease of setting up new events, repeat events, and then sharing information with team members and collaborators - whether through users or automatic reports. In addition, the Support team is incredible, from simple changes to elaborate custom needs, they have been so helpful all along the way. The ability to hide/show what we need to for different attendee types is amazing. Also, love the integration between the in-person event registration and the online livestream event portal.

Desvantagens:

There are areas that are fairly locked in due trying to accomodate as many people as possible - for example, it'd be nice to be able to design our own e-ticket (rather than work through them). We've gotten it setup for our multi-day Homecoming event, but it's a little clunky. It is much better at single events/tickets, rather than multiple days with lots of varied events.

Comentários: Our experience has been good. Ticket links are always returned to us in a timely manner and the support we receive is great.

Vantagens:

I like that anytime we have any questions or issues, our representatives ALWAYS help us immediately. Their customer service is top notch.

Desvantagens:

The convenient fees while processing credit cards are the only complaints we get.

Brushfire is the ticketing platform to use.

Comentários: You get one-on-one customer service. When problems arise, they are addressed super fast to find that solution. They are just a phone call away.

Vantagens:

The customer service is top tier. They always return phone calls and are proactive with our requests.

Desvantagens:

Our relationship with them has been outstanding. They have done everything we have asked of them.

Brushfire - Athletic Ticketing Made Easy

Comentários: Brushfire seems to be on call 24/7. We submit our ticketing needs for our events by sport and they quickly create the needed schedule tickets. If a game changes or is added late, Brushfire responds quickly and makes the needed adjustments.

Vantagens:

The platform is very easy to use and navigate. The customer service Brushfire provides is 2nd to none. If an issue pops up or a change needs to be made, they willingly complete the needed task.

Desvantagens:

It is hard to say. I have only had positive experiences with Brushfire.

Exceptional Event Management

Comentários: I had the pleasure of working with Brushfire and they exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, their team was incredibly processional, responsive and easy to work with. Brushfire is a perfect fit for our organization and event

has been the best account rep and is always willing and available to help out. Even when we are in a bit of panic, he is there right away to fix our issues. The issues mostly stem from us being a volunteer organization that puts on one event per year.

Vantagens:

We love how user friendly it is. It can be shown to someone in minutes. For a volunteer organization that relies on our event for major fundraising, Brushfire is perfect for us.

Desvantagens:

I cannot think of many right now. Brushfire has a great product for what we do.

Fantastic product, even better customer service

Comentários: I have loved using Brushfire for the last 4 years. I have used many event systems and this is by far superior to many on the market.

Vantagens:

Brushfire is great to use, the team have been so supportive the whole way, with training and support. Despite the time difference we have never waited for more than a few hours for assistance. They have trained several of our staff and volunteers and continued to support us throughout the pandemic when events where minimal.

Desvantagens:

In all honestly, nothing really springs to mind.

Love Brushfire

Comentários: Being a school we host many events during the year like homecoming, parent events, club activities, fund raisers, conferences, training events etc. The Brushfire team has gone over and above to make their platform work for our many varying needs and events. They are professional, prompt, and their work product is excellent.

Vantagens:

The flexibility of the program as we use it for more then I'm sure it was intended. We use it for all our events, product sells, sign ups etc.

Desvantagens:

We use the platform for more then it was intended so occasionally have to use things in a template that we do not like but nothing that can't be worked around.

Comentários: Better registration experience for our customers and organization for our team!

Vantagens:

I love the reporting module! It is very user-friendly compared to some other reporting software that I have used. I also appreciate the ability to customize event set up for the needs of our organization. I think we do some wild things sometimes that Brushfire handles well and I have even had cases where the team changed the software to function better for our needs. Brushfire has LOTS features and helpful tools! Sometimes I feel as though we have just scratched the surface.

Desvantagens:

The many features Brushfire offers came with quite a learning curve for me (BUT, BF team is always quick to help me out!). It took me about 6 months to feel like a savvy admin. That being said though, I feel as though our organization does some intense things with ticketing that may add an element of complexity. :)

Saved us where other software lacked

Vantagens:

My department went to this software when we found our new software lacking in the area of ticket registration. I have been very pleased with Brushfire as it has saved us in this area and surprised us! The options for the different ways to interpret the data have become very useful. Being able to take that data, extract it, and analyze it has helped us better understand our advertising campaigns, purchasing history, seat breakdown. The ability to create the details we want included (yes/no questions) and shift things around when changes happen, has been extremely helpful in collecting what we need to collect and fix human errors. All in all, a VERY good software.

Desvantagens:

The many data points and ways to interpret the data can be a bit overwhelming. While this is awesome, the sheer magnitude of the different options can come off as a big bite to chew (all this to say, it is learnable and the data interpretations are extremely helpful when following trends, gathering numbers, etc.).

I absolutely love Brushfire. The system is super easy to use and understand.

Comentários: I have benefitted by reducing the time it takes for me to accomplish my tasks and updating registration information. I also save so much time with the reporting system.

Vantagens:

I love the flexibility and all the options for setting up attendee registrations and event data. It makes things so easy.

Desvantagens:

The promo code system is a little bit constraining. I would like to be able to set a number to limit code uses. currently the date option to limit codes is good for most situations but this would be the main thing I would like fixed.

Vantagens:

Customer service and adaptability are my favorite things about this software. Thank you for all you do to customize it.

Desvantagens:

Pulling reports feels confusing and hard. We had a hard time figuring out how many tickets were meal tickets versus tickets. Also, when I need data it's just hard to know which report presents it best. However, I'm not sure there is a better way. I just think it's sort of the way of the data reporting world.

Next level features and service!

Vantagens:

Brushfire took what was many complex processes for our team and were able to simplify them into an admin/user-friendly and flexible setup. We are able to adjust and manipulate events and data as required and the web-based nature of this software makes it accessible anywhere (including your phone!). The Brushfire team are outstanding in their commitment to our organisation winning and moving forward at every stage of the process and provide continual support especially when implementing new features or developing function areas.

Easy Event Registration

Comentários: We use Brushfire for all of our camps, retreats, and other events with costs associated.

Vantagens:

Brushfire makes it extremely easy for people to register for events as well as manage those registrations and communicate with registrants.

Desvantagens:

Setting up registrations is deep and can be complicated with a pretty steep learning curve. However, there is excellent customer support that can help users through the process.

Vantagens:

such a great platform and easy to use. love this software I've booked many events using it from church conferences to seminars

Desvantagens:

when i have used it, as much as i love it, i haven't been able to re-direct to the "host" main website by clicking the logo. ex. registering for a conference and then wanting to go to the host organizations main website i have to open a new tab.

Vantagens:

I like that the software has customization to it that allows you to modify things so easily and quickly. It is a great tool to bring clear communication to your attendees pre during and post an event. The report features and tracking from years past is helpful. I've used many registration softwares and brushfire has hands down always been my favorite.

Desvantagens:

The one thing that as a new user that I didn't like much was how many things you have to click on to get somewhere. And that there is a lot of ways you can get to the same thing. It was a lot before I knew how to get around.

We use this software fairly regularly for concerts and events

Vantagens:

Simple to use for selling tickets, reporting options are good. Learning curve is easy even for those who are not computer people.

Desvantagens:

The return/exchange interface is kind of clunky. It would also it seems like we used to be able to click multiple seats to add to cart rather then having to add them one at a time but made that is a set up issue and not a software issue.
