Comentários: Our experience with Lead Forensics has been overwhelmingly positive, thanks in large part to our exceptional account manager, [sensitive content hidden] His dedication, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile have been invaluable. From onboarding new team members to providing ongoing support and addressing our needs, [sensitive content hidden] has consistently exceeded our expectations. While we haven’t fully explored all the platform’s features, we’re already impressed with the ROI and the abundance of leads it has generated. We look forward to continuing to leverage Lead Forensics to drive our business growth.

Vantagens:

Its hard to sum up in a few words but - I found Lead Forensics to be a valuable tool for understanding the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. One of its standout features is the ability to easily track which marketing channels are driving the most leads. Additionally, the keyword search functionality was particularly helpful for marketers running ad campaigns, as it allowed us to identify and target specific keywords that were bringing visitors to our site. Finally, the cookie tracking feature proved to be a lifesaver for our remote workforce, enabling us to continue tracking website visitors even when they were working from home.

Desvantagens:

While Lead Forensics is a powerful tool, one potential drawback is its prominence in the academic sector. This can sometimes make it challenging to distinguish between genuine leads from university employees and students. While this isn’t a fault of the platform itself, it’s something to consider when evaluating the quality of leads generated. Ultimately, it’s important to have additional criteria in place to filter and qualify leads to ensure they align with your target audience. But that's all I have from my side of 'negatives'!

Not worth the money, run away

Comentários: At the very beginning of my trial (which really isn't a trial), I told them that I just didn't see value in it. They told me 'too bad' you still have to pay the year subscription. It wasn't the message I received when I signed the contract to trial.... so make sure you are 100% onboard before taking the next step. After experiencing all of this, not really sure how they are still in business.

Vantagens:

They do a good job onboarding you and teaching how to leverage it. Very talented sales team that is ready to overcome any objection you might have. The closest related experience to this is like buying a used car. High pressure sales... some people like getting sold that way.

Desvantagens:

I didn't like how they trick you into a contract just so you can test drive (get your hands on it) the software before actually buying it. There is really no way of seeing if this thing will actually work unless you commit to a year subscription. And my situation, the leads I was seeing were just registered companies on Google. That doesn't work for us. We are more of a B2C business, which I kept telling the rep So buyer beware if you are wanting leads from actual people. Not going to work for you.I was also oversold on the HubSpot integration. It isn't two-way syncing. You have to upload your HS contacts via text file if you want to see them in this tool. The integration is basically worthless from my point of view.

Love Lead Forensics

Comentários: From day one this has been a great tool for both me as a manager and my staff in searching for new customers and reaching out to them while the lead is "hot"

Vantagens:

It is great to be able to see what customers are visiting your website and where the leads are coming from. This helps you in your marketing approach and searching for new customers.

Desvantagens:

Truthfully the change of the platform....I like the "old" look. But over all like it all.

Comentários: Without a doubt, the best part of Lead Forensics is their staff. I'm extremely impressed! Instead of simply saying "no", they say, "let me find a solution for that". As a customer, you can't ask for anything more.

Comentários: We are very happy overall with Lead Forensics platform. The team has been really helpful tailoring to our dashboards and reports so that we are getting the most helpful information possible. Extremely helpful from a Sales, Marketing, and growth perspective. You will get out of the system what you put into it. If you take the time to work with the LF team upfront to establish what you are hoping to accomplish, they will get you the results you are looking for.

Very helpful staff from sales to the customer relations to IT.

Desvantagens:

Contract terms are a little longer than desired.

Vantagens:

Lead Forensics has been an incredibly valuable tool for our team. As a website and database that tracks visitors to our site, it gives us detailed insights into who is interacting with our content. Not only can we see what pages they clicked on and how long they spent on each one, but it also provides us with crucial information like the company size and some contact details.

Desvantagens:

While Lead Forensics has been a fantastic tool for lead tracking, one area for improvement would be the accuracy of contact information provided. Occasionally, the contact details are outdated or don’t match the decision-makers we’re trying to reach, which requires additional time for verification. That said, the benefits far outweigh this minor drawback, and the tool remains a valuable asset to our team.

Excellent software for marketing teams

Vantagens:

1. All the data available for viewing companies that visit our site 2. How easy it is to import contacts from the company to our CRM 3. The attentive onboarding process to help me understand how best to use the software 4. My amazing [sensitive content hidden] and the [sensitive content hidden] who are both exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and motivated to help me get the most out of Lead Forensics!

Desvantagens:

I would like an additional filter on location that allows me to pinpoint a specific state within the country I'm looking for. It is pricy, but considering the value I get out of it and the ROI from being able to target very specific people and land a deal, it is worth the cost. It has forced me to level up my email marketing skills so that I can make the most out of the contacts I imported. Overall, I'm very pleased with Lead Forensics.

Comentários: The software is great and the support from the guys at Lead Forensics is excellent, with monthly calls and account reviews to make sure we are getting the most out of the system and where we could improve if needed with our filters/trigger reports. It's been really handy for us to see customers visiting the site - often in real-time as we're on the phone to them at the same time!

Vantagens:

Fantastic customer support and comprehensive options in the software for sensible lead tracking.

Desvantagens:

It's been very useful so far, especially for our sales team, but I need to spend more time on it myself to improve how I use it for marketing. All good so far though!

First class experience that closes the gap between marketing and sales

Comentários: First class customer experience that has closed the gap between marketing and sales, generated genuine opportunities for our clients and giving us valuable insights into how the audience navigate and consume information on the website.

Vantagens:

The support we got as we onboarded and then beyond exceeded my expectations. As a marketing agency we include the clients in our calls with Lead Forensics and our account manager ‘Henry’ tailored the approach to suit us both. Which meant we got to know the platform at a pace that worked for all and it became an integral part of our sales process from day one. Henry also shared tips to help maximise our marketing efforts with Lead Forensics and together we established a system to connect marketing, lead generation through to closing sales. There is plenty of customisation which means you can filter out exactly the right companies you want to reach. And the seamless integration to LinkedIn allows you naturally engage with your target audience.

Desvantagens:

It would be great if we could customise the pipeline further. But we found a workaround with categories.

Delivers as expected

Vantagens:

It's a tremendous way to gather information about the prospects you didn't know were interested in working with you, while also helping to prioritize key targets.

Desvantagens:

The biggest challenge comes from using IP address as an identifier, so this 'bug' is a side effect of the features. If someone is working remotely from Starbucks, then "Starbucks" will look like a lead. There's some manual data removal as a result.

Comentários: We like LF for daily trigger reports of IP addresses who visit frequently. This is a big help with tracking prospect activity.

Ease of use. Contact look up. Send to CRM button. Integration with HubSpot and LinkedIn.

Lead management. Don't much use it since we have HubSpot.

The team we work with at LF is great and very informative. They were able to walk us through all our questions very easily. The program is clear and concise.

Does what it says

Comentários: The tool worked well and provided some valuable leads to us - obviously, they still need qualifying and chasing up - some customers do not like to see that you have been snooping on their activity, however. and we missed the contract cut off by 20 days and were stuck paying a very expensive number for the next 3 years when we only wanted to roll over 12 months per time.

Vantagens:

It really does do what it says - and if you're after a website lead generation tool - then having visibility of your users in real-time is incredibly valuable. it is very feature-rich and they clearly spend time trying to build new functionality into the tool. it was very easy to deploy and use.

Desvantagens:

The sales tactics by the business I am not fond of - it's not aggressive sales but the account team are constantly onto you around the time of renewal. The contracts are very long - up to 3 years and if you miss the cutoff you are tied in. Therefore it's a very expensive tool - I feel there are now tools on the market for a much better price that do just as well of job. Also I would get account managers ringing me for new business and trying to pitch the soluton to me even though I was already a customer!

Great software but leaves something to be desired.

Comentários: We use lead forensics on our website to track possible customers for our product. Once we get their company name through the lead forensics tool we research the email addresses of individuals at this company with the applicable job title for us to go after and count them as new leads. We have gained sales strictly through the method before so overall this software works!

Vantagens:

Best software in my opinion for its purpose Would recommend over many utilities used to track web traffic Works great with CRM integration Super fluid interface Makes communication between Sales and Marketing easier Expedites tasks that used to take multiple actions to complete and consolidates them into one process

Desvantagens:

Lacking certain information that other softwares have for this particular purpose however none are as flexible as this one Limited to the amount of individual IP addresses you may ask for even if you pay for the software and you have to contact customer service in order to track these specific IP addresses

Find Out who is visiting your website

Comentários: Our experience was with lead forensics post covid was great, but now that everyone is working from home It isn't as useful because people aren't in the office

Vantagens:

Able to see who visited your website, able to get contacts from that company, also had reporting and assignment of the leads that came in.

Desvantagens:

Have to pay for each contact you try to open or you buy an amount of contact credits. also you can only see if someone visited your site from a company IP address.
