Comentários: Easy to track the maintenance on the trailers and trucks

Vantagens:

I like how its user friendly. Very simple to navigate the software. Everything is pretty much self explanatory

Desvantagens:

I do not like how it now breaks up the part and labor cost. In this case there should be a area for taxes as well.

Comentários: Autosist has helped me keep accurate and up to date records on the 25 vehicles that we have in our fleet. I like that I can keep all of the records in one location and I never have to worry about saving my work, as its all automatically saved. The design layout makes it easy to select one of the vehicles in our fleet and all of the information is instantly displayed. The software is very easy to use and learn, without sacrificing key features. Whenever I need to recall service records, it is simple to click on the vehicle in question, and all of the information is displayed along with any of the data that I inputted.

Vantagens:

There are many options out there for fleet management software, but I ended up choosing Autosist because it is not unnecessarily complicated like some of the other options out there. It is the most user-friendly option and it is not cluttered with a bunch of features that I have no use for.

Desvantagens:

I wish there was a simple way to total the amount spent on repairs & maintenance, per vehicle, and as a total amongst the fleet

Hi Scott, thank you so much for your review! We do have a report called the Spend Analysis found in the reports section that will break down how much you spent on each vehicle for all services done. It will give you total spent, monthly spend, and annual spend. We can also build out some custom reports for you if needed - please email us at [email protected]

There's a delay on the web. Since we don't log Trips, that tab is irrelevant to our company.

Comentários: Really well. As a company we are still figuring out the roles for who is responsible for maintenance and tracking, but the software is a good help.

Vantagens:

I really like what we mainly use it for, quick access to different equipment and vehicle info, maintenance history, upcoming maintenance needed

Desvantagens:

I wouldn't say I like this least bc it's just the nature of the data, but I find it very manually entry heavy. Again without a digital transfer obviously it has to be manually input. But sometimes I think there must be a more efficient way to document all the service/maintenance that has occurred on equipment. Sometimes its being serviced by outside entities so I take the invoice and manually input those services

I LOVE Autosist!!!

Vantagens:

I maintain my own vehicles and this app makes my life and my record keeping so much easier! It is so simple to use and I love using it. I added a new bike and need an additional vehicle slot since my personal account only allowed for 5 vehicles and the Autosist team made it very easy to upgrade. I normally don't pay for apps but this one I am happy to as it is in constant use by me.

Desvantagens:

Not a lot of negative to say - it just plain works!

The App is amazing. Also the team is so fast to respond, within minutes at times. They have even customized a few things for us at our request. Pay the money, it is a great tool

Comentários: Autosist has already helped us track monies spent on maintenance for our units, rigs, and other equipment we have logged. And keeps up with mileage. Just a great product to see where your money is spent.

Vantagens:

I have only been on this program since June and it has made my life and what I do for my company so much easier. Its first off user friendly and very easy to maneuver around in. It gives you so much options to be detailed with your equipment or the function you need for your company. I can't wait to see what a full year of 2024 brings us to show our owners the bottom line.

Desvantagens:

I seriously feel there are NO CONS, this is the greatest program I have ever had the pleasure to work on.

Great Fleet Management App

I like the reminders and the service section so i know how much money I am spending on vehicles.

Great all around tool

Vantagens:

We use AUTOsist as an all around tool to track our fleet and our job sites thanks to [sensitive content hidden] and his team walking us through customizing their forms to do whatever we need to accomplish. They are so very helpful and have been great to work with.

Desvantagens:

I have no real complaints about the system.

Comentários: I’m personally quite satisfy with Autosist which help my monitoring work become a lot easier for daily maintainence work. They also have fuel tabs and other work tabs but i didn’t need that feature as it will take up a lot more time to key all that in

Vantagens:

I used Autosist for years to record my service record on my trucks and I can check back anytime to monitor the spare parts life tenure which directly affect my maintainence cost. I do also like the reminders tab which I can schedule weekly maintainence and instruct my technician to do the preventive maintainence. This is important as down time is the biggest issues in transportation industry.

Desvantagens:

The pricing is in USD so if convert back to Malaysia Ringgit is actually quite costly for a small company like mine. Also, you need time to do all this book keeping and if the handler is not familiar then this apps will not be useful.

Knowing about your vehicle when no one shares.

Comentários: This has been great, it has taken a lot of tension out of the air, with me not having to ask the drivers for the information. An automatic reminder is sent out at the being of each month for the inspections, and with in minutes of a driver completing and submitting, I am aware of any issues he is having.

Vantagens:

Just being able to know if any of our vans are due service, registration, or just having issues with one click on each van. I don't have to wait for the drivers to share any of the information, from when they get gas, to how their vehicle is preforming. I am still finding new ways of looking at the data.

Desvantagens:

I haven't found anything I don't like, the guys in the field take a little while to warm up to using it to it's maximum potential. I would like for the map option to be a little more informative, but I am still learning my way around it.

Comentários: I like the online as well as the app. Always comes in handy. Pretty easy to use!

Vantagens:

Has a lot of places to store information that is really helpful.

Desvantagens:

Would be nice to see a few different templates for inspections. We track all of our trailers in there so I dont need to check the engine and oils on a trailer for example. Instead of having to create one every time we add a new vehicle or trailer or piece of equipment.

Hi Steve, thanks for your review! For the custom inspections, you should be able to copy an existing template and edit it based on your needs. User Friendly

Comentários: We have a much better administrative view of our vehicles in real time. The drivers also have direct access to needed documents as well.
The reminders could be slightly better setup. If a service entered could update the reminder that corresponds, that would be very helpful.

Vantagens:

The program holds all the relevant information to keep vehicles updated, including PDF copies of necessary documents that can be shared with employees on the road. Managers and end users can update daily if needed. We are notified and able to see vendor invoices immediately when vehicles are repaired or just regular maintenance is done; before the vehicle ever comes back in. We are better able to plan for major repairs or trade ins. Our insurance renewed during the week, while so many were on the road. Every driver had a copy of the new insurance card at their fingertips same day! This is most beneficial for gaining access in restricted areas for government jobs.

Desvantagens:

The least helpful is the mileage entries by individual update. We need a way to date these entries since they quite often are only entered once a week although the reading might be earlier in the week.

Vantagens:

Getting email reminders of when something is due, and also the inspection report sending an email to advise immediately of issue.

Desvantagens:

We dont maintain our own fleet but outsource so have to make appointments and havent figured out yet to use the system more to help with appointment reminders.

Manager's dream

Comentários: Easy to use and implement. It's great because users have the app on their phone and record all fuel and maintenance remotely. Less paperwork for support staff. All invoices are scanned into the software and are easily retrievable. Makes managing the fleet a dream.

Vantagens:

The reminders ensure that no oil change, cleaning or transmission flush is missed. Several different people are using these vehicles, but the communication between users is excellent. Our mechanic has access and schedules shop time without being asked.

Desvantagens:

Nothing. Everything has been good. The only improvement I would look at is we purchase fuel in bulk and do not have pricing at the time of fill-up, but I would like to create spreadsheets with mileage and fuel consumption based on volume.

Fleet Management Software

Vantagens:

The enrollment process was easy and quick. We have about 20 fleet vehicle and it was extremely user friendly to set them all up and assign them to drivers. Our drivers favorite feature is that they are able to upload gas receipts and not have to try to hang on to them all.

Desvantagens:

The only thing missing (and it might be an option I am overlooking) is some sort of GPS device that would communicate with the software to track mileage so that the user doesn't have to manually put it in.

Comentários: The customer service is great and fast. Problems are dealt with quickly and information is free flowing.

Vantagens:

The reason that we found and use this software was to track the GCPD vehicles and information in an easier way than through the Fleet software that the City uses, which not many of us had access to and required backloading receipts for fuel. This system allows for a picture of the receipt and we do not have to keep the paper.

Desvantagens:

The connection sometimes is a little slow on adding the users.

Vantagens:

What I like most is the product has a mobile app. Vehicles are easy to access and maintain. While having the ability to transfer vehicles that are being sold. The reminders about registration and insurance due on multiple Vehicles is a huge Time Saver. Reporting is easy so overall we are extremely pleased.

Desvantagens:

What I like least is there is no tablet app. No default capitalization. All data is wiped if you change vehicle types while you're entering a new vehicle. I would much rather be able to enter the dates rather than using the drop-down and choosing dates from the multiple months because when you're trying to get your data entered to begin with it's a huge pain.

Thank you so much for your review! We actually just launched the tablet version for iPads, and Android is coming very soon. Make sure you upgrade to Version 5 on the mobile app if your using iOS devices as it was just launched. There is default capitalization in the new app as well. For the vehicle type, we will see if we can fix that issue. It should not remove the year, make, model etc if you change the type so we will get that fixed. We will also see if there is an easier way to get the date field. Thanks again!

Definitely Simplifies Fleet Management

Comentários: It does help us track usage of the vehicles, maintenance schedules, and keep a record of the cost of repairs.

Vantagens:

I like the organization of the program, the ability to add and remove users. I frequently just open the app to identify which truck is which.

Desvantagens:

The interface could be slightly better on the app. I don't like how there isnt a back button to go back to the garage, I just have to hit the garage button. It is a bit of a hassle to switch people from administrator down to user. The app also logs me out occasionally which is annoying.

Comentários: Overall very positive experience. This keeps us on task with inspections.

Vantagens:

The core inspection functions are very easy to adapt and implement with Autosist's phenomenal customer service.

Desvantagens:

Would be nice is more of the features were customizable by us, but not a huge deal because the Autosist team responds quickly. I've given [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] some ideas on other possible functionality.

Comentários: Customer service is great. Our mechanic has all the tools he needs right on his phone to complete work on our fleet. No more walking back and forth to the desk to check and print lists. As the owner, I like being able to check on the status of the fleet and add reminders at any time from the mobile app.

Vantagens:

The software is very simple and straightforward. Easy to setup and navigate. Not a lot of extras to clog up your view and user experience. Tracks what you need and that's it. You can add custom fields to track other items that you need. Users can be setup with full or partial access. Mobile app works great too! Overall a very nice, simple, effective tool to manage our fleet.

Desvantagens:

Would like to see some additional reporting features and the ability to sort reminders by job in a quick and easy fashion. Other than that, not seeing anything else I'd like changed.
