Easy to use
Comentários: I like how easy it is to add appointments but don’t like how slow it can run. Sometimes I have to save the appointment several times before it actually saves.

Very easy to figure out scheduling and adding appointments

Can be slow to load and save appointments can take several clicks on the save button

Reports are easy to find, run, and download.

It can take a while to hear back on tickets

I like that we can manually match notes when WebABA and catalyst won't sync up.

It doesn't flow easily when navigating through it like it's very choppy it's in navigation.

Comentários: WebABA has provided features within it that are helpful such as adding supervision and being able to generate a variety of reports.

I love the option to add supervision into my sessions

I don't like how I can't delete a session and have to go into the note and count as a cancellation instead.

The easy use of assigning and creating appointments and viewing hours utlizied and still left to use.
Desvantagens:
The inability to not see schedules from the therapists point of view instead of the patient.
