It actually really does the work
Vantagens:
I always through that once I have the loyalty card, loyalty kinda works by itself. It turned out that you have to know what customer to give what, what customer is entitled for what and when - lots & lots & lots of work. The fact that the loyalty is run but itself was a real game changer for me.
Desvantagens:
Understanding how to go about the redeem part in front of a customer was a bit tricky and wasn't properly explained.

All of my clients are very satisfied with the apps that I have created for them.
Vantagens:
The software is user frendly with great functionality. I own a digital agency as well and I have created several apps especially in beauty, healthcare, medical, fitness industry but it works really great in every industry.
Desvantagens:
I have nothing to add here because I am satisfied 100%.
