I’m a solo entrepreneur that gets busy and it’s easy to get unorganized with receipts. This program allows me to not only upload receipts and have its vendor, cost and account extracted then published to my QuickBooks account. You can also add that it’s billable to a client in QuickBooks and holds the photos so you don’t have to keep paper receipts. > > **Desvantagens**: This program is solid. But if I automatically receive an invoice via email and upload it and then a staff member also uploads it as they have paid for it it doesn't make it clear who submitted the other one. So I've found a couple times that I have it down as a company expense but having to double check that it's been paid for by someone else. I specifically like the integrations with platforms such as Xero, which allows a smooth and streamlined bookkeeping process.
