A Solid Company to Back Your Project
Comentários: We originally used Square 9 to do health screening for COVID. When that proved easy and helpful, we moved our cloud storage to Square 9. We've recently had them build an online application for us. It hasn't been put to use yet, but it will be soon. We've like the experience with them so much that when another project came up recently (a form filler), we immediately reached out to see if they could assist us. I can't say enough good things about Square 9.
Vantagens:
I particularly like the people involved. The process of implementing your project is very streamlined. Communication is outstanding. I felt very confident in the projects/products we have implemented because the people we dealt with - every step of the way - had it together. I feel like the support behind the products are invaluable.
Desvantagens:
Honestly, it can be a bit intimidating. There's a lot of functionality that the user can access and play around with. Square 9 does offer a lot of resources to try and help you navigate it, but it still can be a lot to process.

Unusable at scale
Comentários: Cocky and conceded staff, poorly written code, support unable to provide help for the simplest things.
Vantagens:
User friendly enough for people with low computer literacy skills.
Desvantagens:
No automatic cleanup options. File bloat is unmanageable. can only select 22~ docs ever minute. Max of 1,000 at a time. On own virtual server with 12gb ram. Support only suggestion add more ram, at 24gb sever is using under 30% but still move as slow and crashes when tiring to delete more than 1,000 docs at a time. If you buy this product be prepared to dump unlimited storage space to it.

Well, there was a 32 page SoW to dig through. But, it was very thorough.

Contract Management Made Easy
Vantagens:
When it works, it works. We have been using this product for a few years now and it helps keep everything organized and easily searchable. Users can move / edit / export with ease. Ties right in with our AD for users and security permissions. Makes it easily manageable from an IT perspective.
Desvantagens:
Set up and some modifications can be a bit daunting, but with the help of Square 9's support team it usually ends up being not so bad.

Square9 is very intuitive and easy to navigate
Desvantagens:
Lack of logs to investigate issues and I have to go through a reseller as we are currently not an SQ9 partner

Great Document Management System
Vantagens:
We are currently working with Square9 on creating workflows to automate the flow of documents. Currently, it fits our needs without breaking the bank, but it looks like there is a lot of untapped potential in the system that we are currently working towards taking advantage of.
Desvantagens:
As with most document management systems, there is a learning curve. Fortunately there is free training included that lays the groundwork for using the system.

Automation
Vantagens:
Like the ability to get rid of all the filing cabinets and keep them gone.
Desvantagens:
Takes a little use to getting to all the options that are available for settings and security.

There are many aspects that I like. Uploading documents is very simple when you design the program how you need it.
Desvantagens:
I found that with integration of the software/process could have gone more smoothly. Explained better for those that really don't understand the software/electronic side of records management yet.

Square 9 products have revolutionized our office and field operations workflows!
Comentários: We continue to expand our use of Square 9 products. Document management is an important part of any business and in healthcare it is critical. Document History makes HIPAA required audit trails into a seamless process. The infinitely customizable index fields make storage and retrieval seamless. We have been heavy users of both GlobalSearch and GlobalForms for many years, and could not be as efficient as we are without them.
Vantagens:
The ability to retrieve documents in seconds makes all of our tasks easier regardless of the department. We have moved all document workflows into GlobalForms and GlobalSearch. Their Support and Implementation Departments are second to none. Their goal is to make customers happy.
Desvantagens:
No, I don't have any document management needs that the Square 9 products don't solve.

Excellent Product
Comentários: Overall Square9 has made an enormous positive impact on our organization and we are very happy with the decision to use their products.
Vantagens:
The best part of Square9 is the visibility and fast access to documents, both in process and archived.
Desvantagens:
The worst part of Square9 is that we are not completely reliant on it for our Accounts Payable processing, so when the system stops working, our entire ability to move forward with processing and paying invoices is held up until it is fixed. Fixes for those urgent problems do not happen as quickly as we need them done.

Square 9 Invoice Approvals
Vantagens:
I like that Square 9 can not only store our documents and separate them into convenient archive folders, but we also appreciate that it handles all of our approval workflow processes. From Invoices, Credit Card Receipts, to Travel Requests. Initial setup can be a little overwhelming with all the information that goes along, but the knowledge base instructions and videos make it a lot easier and quicker to learn.
Desvantagens:
We sometimes experience bottlenecking of data being integrated between our CIS/FIS system and Square 9. This causes some hang-ups with workflows, scanning/auto indexing of documents.

Highly Recommend
Vantagens:
The program is very easy to use. Their implementation team is second to none. They will contact you frequently to make sure everything is going ok and if you run into a problem, they immediately fix it or investigate it. The product has allowed us to easily find and secure documents that would otherwise be stored in an unsecured box that you could spend hours trying to find.
Desvantagens:
Honestly haven't found any cons at this time.
Good product, excellent customer service
Comentários: any time we have an issue, they are very quick to get back to me and schedule a meeting to bring up a solution
Vantagens:
It has saved us a lot of time with document imaging, we scan close to 300 documents daily so OCR has been a great tool for reading the documents.
Desvantagens:
sometimes it doesn't read quite well the documents or the separator marks miss something - at the same time, our documents are sometimes ripped or have writing on the text.

Square 9 - Good Product
Vantagens:
Dragging and dropping docs into this system is great.
Desvantagens:
Our licenses keep getting locked up because the application runs in a browser and our people are used to just "X" ing out of a browser when they're done - but that doesn't release the Square9 licenses.

Customized to our needs
Vantagens:
Square 9 is helping us to go paperless not only on our AP side but with all of our barge paperwork. We are slowly eliminating the need to have to dig through file cabinets of folders and papers. We are in the process of using their new AI component to create all the templates needed for our AP scanning. What a huge time saver! Also, the team at Square 9 is great about helping when you have an issue. I am a new admin and they have been helpful walking me through how to fix things when I don't know what to do.
Desvantagens:
Can't think of any issues. Everything has been resolved.

Revolutionizing my way of handling documents
Comentários: This platform has allowed me to speed up contract cycle times and collaborate efficiently at all stages of the process. I can now negotiate, manage, and collaborate on contracts quickly and seamlessly, which has had a positive impact on my organization.
Vantagens:
What I like the most is its ability to speed up contract cycle times. Before, he was trapped in a maze of endless and tedious paperwork. But now I can negotiate, manage and collaborate on contracts efficiently and without stress. It's just amazing!
Desvantagens:
Although customer service is generally excellent, I have experienced some delays in response on occasion. While I understand that you may have many demands, I would have liked quicker responses in certain situations.

The team that helped us migrate from on-prem to cloud was top-notch. They were very knowledgeable and efficient.

Square 9 for "Windows"
Comentários: Square 9 has helped our business get more organized and secure. We have several sales people with traveling computers and Square 9 has created a hub for all our order document s and invoices.
Vantagens:
Square 9, for our window company, helps keep documents flowing and accessible for all sales people. Order documents and invoices can be found easily and minimize the need for accounting folks to help with the simple everyday tasks.
Desvantagens:
Can be hard to find things at the beginning.

Great value
Vantagens:
It is next to impossible to find an equitable solution for a similar cost. They price very appropriately for what you get.
Desvantagens:
Standard headaches that you could get with any number of platforms. Things happen, stuff may not be configured correctly, etc. I wish it were more intuitive and modernized, but that sounds like something that's in the works anyways so we'll see how that turns out.
