I love that it eliminates the need for printing and distributing copies which saves time and resources. The searchable archive is the most helpful feature of BoardDocs. It is easy and quick to find past agendas, meeting notes, and other supporting documents. The layout is also very easy to navigate even for the public. BoardDocs is so easy to navigate through. I especially like the search function when I need to find a specific item that has been previously approved.
