Comentários: Minha experiência com o app tem sido ótima por todo o suporte que é oferecido ao usuário. É um app completo, principalmente se comparado a outros que possuem o mesmo propósito.

Vantagens:

A usabilidade e as ferramentas são incríveis para quem deseja fazer seus projetos, inclusive para quem não tem muita familiaridade com a tecnologia, isso porque é um app de fácil uso. A qualidade dos elementos em 3D é alta, dando um resultado de ótima qualidade para os projetos a serem realizados.

Desvantagens:

Infelizmente a maioria das funcionalidades é disponibilizada apenas para quem realizar uma assinatura. Além disso, o app tem agregado outros conteúdos para os usuários, fazendo-o ocupar mais espaço na memória do celular, assim como tira o foco do usuário.

Very limted functionality

Comentários: All too often I feel I am working against the tool, instead of with it. This is annoying and time consuming.
If somebody can give me a tip about a better tool, with the functionality I am listing as missing, I will change in a snap.

Vantagens:

Nice 3d renderings, although hard to zoom in and out.

Desvantagens:

1: Buggy. Windows and doors skip around once added to a wall. I often have to put them back in place several times before they stuck. 2: I cannot create a room with irregular ceiling height, with different wall heights. The recommended "solution" using the magic cube is suboptimal, to say the least. If I replace a wall with a magic cube, I cannot add a window without losing the transparency. 3: I tried to create a loft with triangular end walls, which cost me all sorts of trickery and time, with a half-baked result. 4: Setting colors is a pain, because it is impossible to know to which part of an object (e.g. a window) a color square pertains. Trial-and-error is not good enough. Badly needed functionality: 1: Mark a room corner, and change its height, so that the adjacent walls and ceiling follow. 2: Change height of indivdual walls. 3: Make it possible to change size of each side and each edge of the magic cube, not only in the three spacial dimensions like now. 4: Make it possible to snap a door or window into the magich cube without losing the transparency. 5: We need a 'rubber band' grouping of objects, like in PowerPoint. 6: Grouped objects should be movable by arrow, not only ny mouse. 7: We need *menus* for grouping/ungrouping object, and a lot of more things.

Super Helpful for our Zoo Redesign Challenge!

Comentários: Very happy with the capabilities. I have used it for courses, for physical planning purposes and redesign of spaces in the school as well. Love it!

Vantagens:

Customer service added free educational accounts for us so that we could use it for a zoo redesign challenge for the Minnesota Zoo. They were required to use a 3D design platform, but the free version was too limited so we were given free education licenses. The project was much more sophisticated and realistic as a result of using Planner 5D!

Desvantagens:

I wish it allowed the ability to resize without having to change the dimensions manually. I would like to be able to go to the corner of an object or room and increase the scale that way.

Quality Learning Tool

Comentários: Company was great and wonderful to work with in getting my students educational seat options.

Vantagens:

Students love the renderings and exploring features in 3d designs.

Desvantagens:

So far there hasn't been anything that we haven't like about 5D.

Comentários: Absolutely awesome [sensitive content hidden] in Customer Service was one of the most awesome customer service people I have ever worked with. Very patient and thorough they did not give up until I was sorted out. I love this app. If you do this for work I would say offer it to your customers to play with their layouts then show them what you can do it would be a powerful tool in that way. Also if you have any questions or concerns I am going to ask for [sensitive content hidden] you should too

Vantagens:

I love how easy it is to use. I can make my own plans and share those ideas with contractors which is so awesome. I get to decide what I want to do myself and what I want to hire out for. I also get to see what’s feasible in my space before asking for the impossible.

Desvantagens:

I had a few glitches in the beginning but customer service was PHENOMENAL and sorted me out immediately. No cons for me. Maybe they could add pricing but that fluctuates so much based on market and date.

Planner 5D has structures that helps share numerous designs with customers for unique structures.

Desvantagens:

Planner 5D has an imperative design control, and it saves businesses from extreme costs.

Amazing program!

Comentários: Overall I had really love my experience as a new planner and my professor absolutely loved this site as well. I plan to use it even for fun afterwards since its so entertaining.

Vantagens:

I liked the straightforward instructions and the quick help. Its also the first planner that I find so easy and nice to use as well that is very aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Desvantagens:

I would wish for the feature that changes the size to not be premium. Its the only thing that I had found so far a little annoying.

I liked the flexibility and ease of use that overall make it a good alternative to CAD or other more sophisticated software without a significant loss of quality

could improve export and interface toward other platforms (eg CAD)

5d is a must to check out

Comentários: I love planner 5d. Ii always have. They are great in everything they have.

Vantagens:

I can make rooms an check them out. I also love the challenges.

Desvantagens:

It’s hard to place stuff up an down. And in the challenges half of the room doesn’t get shown.

Great customer service! & App

Vantagens:

I used it to design my family's renovation project. It gave us great flexibility and I love being able to play with the 2d and 3d views! Very easy to use especially for someone who's not familiar with these types of design apps. The customer service was seriously phenomenal when I had an issue!

Desvantagens:

I do wish they had more selections for furniture/cabinets/etc. or customizable by color

Good choice for Architecting spaces

Comentários: I can create 3D models of plans from vendors and constructors and offer a virtual experience for potential buyers.

Vantagens:

The plan import functionality and easiness of creating and editing plans as well as creating 3d´s and renders from those makes this tool a must have.

Desvantagens:

The 3D function could be improved quality and the navigation through rooms is a bit difficult.

Not a pro

Comentários: Extremely happy- I love the design battles. I can’t wait for Sunday nights when a new one comes out. I look forward to it all week and appreciate the ability to develop my design skills further.

Vantagens:

I have enjoyed Planner 5D because for a novice like myself it’s been easy to learn, has great features and there are updates and new items added in often, the items provided are contemporary but also have range for difference in styles. I’m impressed that you can scan in a room and design it- this is something I’ve needed all my life for when I move, absolute game changer. Overall, it’s a great product and the customer service department has been quick and great to give answers/ solutions.

Desvantagens:

There are a few bugs to be fixed but they fix it relatively quickly and are happy to take the advice. Speaking with a customer service rep is easy and friendly.

Very Good Software

One of the best softwares in the market, can deliver high quality renderings, amazing photos, easy to use.

The price can be a bit better, and easier to make tryouts!

Easy enough for a non architecture newb like me!

Comentários: This is perfect for our needs. My wife and I plan on having a guest house built and this is really helping us get a feel for what we want and need and what it will look like. We love the 3d rendering option.

Vantagens:

It is pretty easy to use and fun. Tutorials are offered to help you along the way.

Desvantagens:

Still learning and using so I don't have a con right now.
