Comentários: Phenomenal. I tired 3 other apps and they were all terrible, slow, and buggy. This one was great off the bat. So I waited until 3 days before my birthday to plan my party. Admittedly my procrastination here was short sighted but it was only because I was avoiding having to use an annoying app that would take more time than I wanted. Once I broke down and tried this I was amazed at how simple and intuitive this was. Then I felt dumb for procrastinating lol. The next party was planned much more in advance thanks to this app!

Vantagens:

The simplicity in the set up of the app. The attendee management was awesome. Imported straight from my contacts. I was going to use some other application on my desktop, but it required emails, so that was a no go. The notifications were on point too.

Desvantagens:

Hmm, not really anything.I have no complaints about this app.

For small local events, easy way to track RSVPs

Comentários: I use Evite 8 to 10 times per year. I host local events and want to keep track of the RSVP count. It's easier to have Evite automatically send out event reminders.

Vantagens:

Good email delivery overall. Some will always go to spam but Evite has been used for years and most people are familiar with it and have it whitelisted.

Desvantagens:

I find it tedious to add RSVPs manually if I'm using it just to send out event reminders for those who verbally RSVP for an event.

Evite Review

Vantagens:

The pros of Evite is that is makes it really easy to invite a big group of people at the same time for an event. It also makes it easy to rsvp to any event that I am invited to.

Desvantagens:

There are no cons with this system, It is super fun and easy to use and very convenient.

Need to eliminate drop downs - just show the details to the guests!

Comentários: Overall good experience. Evite needs to change the layout of the invitation so it is easy to see important information without drop downs. I should not have to send out multiple messages to guests on how to read the invitation!

Vantagens:

Easy to track and contact guests Love the "What to Bring" feature for potluck, but wish it was easier for people to see - too many people miss it and you need to send out too many messages as reminders and instruction on how to read the invitation.

Desvantagens:

To see details about the event, reader must click on a small "show more" drop down. It is not necessary and most of my guest miss it. It leads to confusion and guest miss out on important info. Evite should just show all the detail without having to search for it or click on a drop down!

Great Event Management Tool

Comentários: Overall this is a great, easy to use, customizable event planning program

Vantagens:

Easy to customize invitations, manage attendees, and to send messages and event updates to invitees. Variety of design options available.

Desvantagens:

The number of ads on and pop-ups seems to have increased recently

No More Stamps!

Comentários: I Love Evite because there are so many creative invites and themes to choose from. I also don't need to use postage to send invites via post office anymore!

Vantagens:

I love how easy it is to use Evite to invite guests via emails..I save alot of money on postage

Desvantagens:

Some of my friends don't check their emails much anymore, so they don't see my evites.

Perfect tool for beginners!

Comentários: I enjoy using Evite for my events. It is easy to use and track attendees.

Vantagens:

The ease in setting up events and tracking attendees is jewel of this platform. They offer numerous templates to set up the perfect event.

Desvantagens:

The one drawback of Evite is that you cannot import videos to use in your invitations.

Easy and simple to use

Comentários: Good, and gets the job done in the free version. If you want more options then you need to pay, but if you are on a budget this is a great option

I like that this is a well known virtual invitation website. Its simple to use and gets the job done.

Desvantagens:

I wish the free version had more options. The paid version still doesn't have all the fuctions I would want, compared to other websites

Using it for thank you notes!

Vantagens:

My mom would not appreciate that we're sending electronic thank you notes, but my mom isn't running our company! We needed to send thank yous, but no one on staff had the time/attention to this kind of detail to send hard copies. So we use evites virtual thank you note service, you can use their cards or upload artwork of your own.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes get caught in spam filters, especially with folks using older email service providers.

Evite does it well.

Comentários: Overall, a good experience, its a great tool for event attendee mangement.

Vantagens:

We really enjoyed the attendee management system. Allows us to follow up on invites and tracking head counts. Segmented re invites to non responders.

Desvantagens:

Limited ability to edit the invitation image once its set up.

EVITE Helps with All Functions

Vantagens:

I loved how easy Evite was to use to schedule faculty gatherings, birthdays, and other special occasions.

Desvantagens:

You need to make sure to set reminders, so you know updated guest lists.

I loved how easy it was to create an event and receive responses

Desvantagens:

I could not say one negative thing about this program

Évite is a great way to invite people to your events.

Vantagens:

Évite always made it easy to invite people to my events. It is very functional with different templates.

Desvantagens:

The software has a lot of functions so it’s not super easy to just click and go. You have to make a lot of tweaks to the steps.

Great for Special Events, Attendance Tracking

Vantagens:

We use this software to invite our clients to special events, and track interest and attendance. I love how you can customize the Evites for any occasion. Great for business as well as personal use!

Desvantagens:

I haven’t had any issues that using this software. It’s user-friendly and straightforward.

Good tool for scheduling events

Vantagens:

We used Evite to invite guests to a variety of events over the years. It was easy on our end and for the invitees as well.

Desvantagens:

I'm not sure there's anything we didn't like enough for it to have stood out in my mind. Good tool.

Evite: Never Need a Physical Address Again!

Comentários: The biggest problem that Evite solves for me is that I do not have to have physical addresses for the people I want to invite to an event. As a person receiving an Evite, I find it convenient to be already sitting at my computer or using my phone to check my calendar for my availability and to RSVP without making a phone call. It really comes down to convenience with Evite. With so many events all the time, either events that I throw or events I attend, Evite simplifies the process.

Vantagens:

I love that Evite sends invitations specifically to email addresses. Even if I wanted to send an invitation by snail mail, I couldn't. I don't have very many physical addresses anymore, but I do have also everyone's email. I can even upload my email address into Evite so that I don't even have to type them in!

Desvantagens:

While I do save time overall with Evite, I often loose time looking at all the different options. While they do have the different event types nicely categorized, I find that all the various options (adding pictures, etc.) can be overwhelming. It can feel like too many options. I often go back and forth on designs.

Best for managing event logistics

Comentários: Evite is convenient for coordinating and planning events and now for sharing photos afterward.

Vantagens:

Evite makes it easy to create events and to manage the guestlist, sending out automatic reminders before the event. You can utilize the many design templates to attain the look you want and you can interact with guests through polls.

Desvantagens:

Some of the polls are not customizable for them to fill in their own values. Sharing photos through Evite and the notifications for it is a great feature but is not integratabtle with other photo sharing or storage services.

Perfect for any occasion

Vantagens:

Evite is incredibly easy to use, on the computer and even on the phone. My parents, friends, and coworkers have all used Evite without any difficulties (and some are less technologically savvy than others). I have used Evite for birthdays, parties, work gatherings, and bridal showers and have never had a problem. In addition to emailing an invitation, you also have the option to extend the invitation via text, which is an awesome alternative for those friends who do not check their emails regularly. Once an event has passed, the event moves into a "Past" category which allows you to still access the original initivation later if needed (i.e. for pictures, email addresses, etc.). Evites are easily edited and personalized, I highly recommend it!

Desvantagens:

Like with anything new, there is a learning curve for navigating the Evite app. However, it does not take long to learn how to manage and edit invitations through the app.

Great for Event Attendance for Our Small Company

Comentários: Overall it is a good product and I very much wish we could explore the possibility of using Evite Pro or Evite Premium. However, it is just too much money for this feature

Vantagens:

Absolutely LOVE the free features of this software. We have only used paid features for small amounts of time. However, I will say, even with their free service, we are able to create events and have really seen a dramatic increase in attendance with the reminders that Evite sends out!

Desvantagens:

The only thing I don't really like about the software is the ads, companied with the cost to remove those ads. They are in inconvenient spots and take away from the over look. Of course we all think ads look unprofessional on our business event invitations, but $250 per year to remove them is quite excessive for a small company.

Easy to use for a special event

Vantagens:

Evite is easy to use and they have a range of fun designs for every event type.

Desvantagens:

The only con I have with evite is that the "plus one" side of the management can be a bit confusing. Otherwise it's easy to manage guest count and even cap total numbers.

Evite is an awesome and fun invitation tool for all types of events!

Vantagens:

We utilize evite to create simple and effective RSVPs that do more then just allow you to sign up. Our invited guests can communicate to each other and us the organizer to ask question and create conversation around the event. I love that afterwards your guest can leave photos they took of your event and share it with you and the other guests.

Desvantagens:

There aren't any cons that I can find except for the email communication. You have to view everything in your browser and not in your email.

Evite makes online invitations easy and stylish!

Comentários: Overall, I have greatly enjoyed using Evite. It is so easy to not only make invitations on this platform, but also communicate with guests and keep track of attendance.

Vantagens:

I love using Evite as a way to send more formal, email invitations to events as a college student. If my student organization is hosting an alumni reunion or more upscale gathering, I can easily design formal-looking invitations almost instantly on Evite, and send them out to my email list of guests with just a few more clicks.

Desvantagens:

What I like least about Evite is that an increasing amount of their invitation designs are becoming accessible only with a premium account.

Great way to manage event

Comentários: Overall, it is a great way to manage an event and know who is attending. It is a great way to re-access event information easily

I like that you can easily see who is coming to the event. I like that all the event information you need is shown and easy to re-access.

Desvantagens:

I cant think of any features I do not like about this software

User-friendly

Comentários: This program is easy to use, and manage events. It is a great way to reduce the paper trail and keep the details of your events organized.

Vantagens:

I loved that I could create cute invitations without having the tedious task of physically writing out each individual’s mailing address l, placing a stamp on it and sending it through the Postal Service and hoping it would arrive at all, let alone in a timely manner. Guests were able to respond quickly, change responses, and even write a special note without much effort. I could manage the event and keep up with guest responses with very little effort.

Desvantagens:

The free version can be a little cluttered and difficult to navigate with the ads. There are not many style options with the free version either.
