> **Desvantagens**: I only wish it would be customizable and have the ability to easily limit the amount of information on one page to limit scrolling and clicking. Also it would be nice to include preset medical terminology and common medications names.

> Overall it's a very reliable platform, able to store and display tons of info, however, it would be much more efficient it it let each user customize what is displayed and have preset medical orders to limit typing.

There are different calendar views, where I might miss something on the calendar, I might catch on the day at a glance. It’s nice being able to bounce back and forth between coworkers tasks in case I need to make a quick change. I also love the interaction note spot\! It keeps the main description clean and easy to decipher.

> **Desvantagens**: There is a lot going on. Sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming because there are multiple ways to get to the same thing. I would like there to be an option to mark an appointment as “rescheduled” instead of just “canceled”. My opened tabs in salesforce often glitch and change the tabs I have opened to a different tab. For example, if my “home” tab is open, it’ll glitch and change it to my “calendar” tab.
