Comentários: I came on board to take a small not-for-profit and expand it nationally. Board Pro instantly solved what could have been weeks of designing a governance system. Each month we save hours of administrative work.
Vantagens:
Board Pro replicates the board governance process that I have used for years. Everything in one place, board packets are easy to produce and modify. Board members are able to use the files as they wish – online or download the PDF. I love the fact that the formatting is automated. Board Pro saves at least four hours of administration time setting up the board packet. The price point makes it easy to decide to go with the software. It is without peer.
Desvantagens:
Small and responsive, the team at Board Pro seemed to anticipate any improvements I could ask for. Impressively, they routinely ask for feedback and ideas.

Awesome product, no induction training
Comentários: 8 of 10, love the software and the reduction in admin and ease of use for all board members.
Vantagens:
The reduction in paperwork and typing before and after meetings .
Desvantagens:
Didn’t receive any induction or training on all the features and capabilities Boardpro has to offer, so I am using it to it’s full potential.

Comentários: Very good - easy to set up and use, saves me time and good support from the team
Vantagens:
Really intuitive to set up and use. Boards have taken to it really well, with very little support required from management. Putting meeting packs together is a million times easier than bundling PDFs
Desvantagens:
Minutes function is a bit clunky - lots of back and forth between notes, decisions and actions Visual presentation in PDF format is unattractive with limited (and not very user friendly) design options Our boards would like the app version to provide same functionality as web version

Comentários: I haven't used Boardpro before so this was a new experience for me and it's been great. Easy to use, the helpdesk is prompt and friendly whenever I need it.
