Comentários: I liked it very much for what it is. I can't see myself doing this full time but as a means for some disposable cash before the weekend it was great.

Vantagens:

I liked that you do a task and get paid quickly. No fuss or mess. Select the tasks you want to perform and off you go.

Desvantagens:

Another site you have to trust with information and some kind of a card. I used a prepaid card to minimize the risk.

Snagajob

Vantagens:

I liked that you can rely on the posted jobs on this site. No worries of scams.

Desvantagens:

I can't think of any complaints I had while I was using Snagajob.

Free Option Is Not Very Helpful

Vantagens:

It is nice that Snag offers a free job posting service. Adding a job is pretty straight forward, although they make you add individual locations yourself.

Desvantagens:

What you get is what you pay for. The free option has much to be desired. It does NOT produce many candidates, and is really not worth the time of posting. Plus, following up with potential candidates is not very easy to do.

Easy peasy job searching

Comentários: Haven't ran in to any problems. This is my favorite app to use when in search of new employment.

Vantagens:

The one click easy apply option makes applying flor a job so much easier. Upload reseume and complete a profile to be matched with possible jobs.

Desvantagens:

Costumer support is email to email and you won't get a response for more than 24 hours. Pretty much the only complaint I have.

Comentários: My overall experience with Snagajob is neutral. I dont hate it but i dont love it.

Vantagens:

What I liked most about Snagajob is, its different from other job sites. Its something new to look at.

What did you like least about Snagajob is there wasnt alot of job opportunities on it.

Snag is great for job hunters!

Comentários: I used snag for many job hunts, it was simple, easy to use and I got hired from a couple of jobs that I found on snag.

Vantagens:

For those constantly looking for new jobs, snag is great! it lists a bunch of companies looking to hire and its quick and easy based on your preferences!

Desvantagens:

It may be time consuming but what job hunt isn't? Looking for a job requires a lot of time and patience.

One of the better employment sites out there

Comentários: I found the job I currently have this way and have found a few of my friends very good jobs through Snag. Lots of opportunities available!

Vantagens:

A huge database of employers available all over the country

Desvantagens:

I get a lot of alerts that aren't relevant to what I'm looking for even though I have my settings correct.

Large influx of applications

Vantagens:

We receive an email each time a new applicant has applied. The emails gives you a brief synopsis of the applicant (name, date applied, position applied for, location applied at, contact info), giving you the option to further pursue or not.

Desvantagens:

I'd like to see a "knock-out" or "weed-out" factor built in to it. Do the initial vetting for us, if we know they aren't going to meet our needs.

I have used PeopleMatter for about 8-9 years and have found it easy to use and certainly better than using paper applications, etc. for new hires.

Comentários: All of the "original" employees such as Breeze and Andrew Evans are still wonderful!

Vantagens:

It is digital and easy to use. Because it is so easy to use, when I train others on PM, it doesn't take long for them to catch on.

Desvantagens:

The last couple of years the customer service/support on the phone has been lacking sometimes. Your employees used to be enthusiastic, happy and more than willing to help. Sometimes over the last two years or so I seem to be bothering some when I call. Many are very nice and helpful though.

Great way to recruit

Comentários: Easy to use and effective tool for hourly employee recruitment.

Vantagens:

Ability to get recruitment ads to a lot of viewers really is a big plus. Moved to this platform because of value.

Desvantagens:

Great platform in terms of value and exposure, no negative issues in over 2 years of partnering with this company.

Ok for simplistic searches

Vantagens:

If your looking for general entry level positions this software is helpful. As you move up to more complex needs the engine struggles to connect. I did like the ease of use and searching.

Desvantagens:

As you look for more complex jobs most seem to be fake, not applicable , or still relavent.

Snag Review

Vantagens:

Snag is our main software where all employee files are kept. We use this software on a daily basis. I love the fact that we are driving towards being paperless because of snag. User friendly software for hourly employees

Desvantagens:

Sometimes the portal takes too long to load, which needs to be fixed, in order to be more efficient

I have used Snagajob to search for employment

Vantagens:

I like the number of listings that are available on Snagajob, and enjoy the easy searchability. There is always something there which is relevant to your needs. For a job searcher, its a great place to look, and comes in handy if you are looking for something specific.

Desvantagens:

I may have missed something in settings, but there should be a way to search by "newest to oldest listings" since many times it seems that the job listings are kind of random, and that perfect position may have been listed far too long ago to have a chance to grab it. Sorting by date would be very cool

PeopleMatter is an Excellent Choice!

Snagajob sends us many job applicants

Comentários: I work in our HR department and peruse many of the employment applications that come through our office for the position of Caregiver. On the application it specifically asks the applicant who referred them to us. Snagajob appears frequently on these applications and is one of the leading sources for new applicants.

Vantagens:

Snagajob sends us a significant percentage of our job applicants who are applying for the position of Caregiver.

Desvantagens:

I really have nothing negative to say, other than I wish they would send us more applicants in the future.

Great for quick on boarding

Vantagens:

I really enjoy that with snagajob, quick and easy stuff onboarding is a breeze, additionally we recently have found ways to collect information from current employees. Happy with what snagajob has offered

Desvantagens:

Honestly, I can't think of any that I have personally encountered, while staff has complained about MINOR things, I'm happy with it.

I used Snag-a-Job for restaurant recruiting and on-boarding for 1-2 years.

Comentários: It helped us recruit and on-board all in one place.

Vantagens:

I liked this software's simple design and easy navigation. It was not difficult to learn how to use the software and it was very fast and easy to train other people to manage it. The on-boarding feature was a good hiring tool that helped us manage paperwork with relative ease.

Desvantagens:

I didn't like how there were very few options when it comes to customization of your profile. We were unable to configure our Snag-a-Job page to include the content and aesthetic that we were looking for.

Why snag a job is great?

Comentários: it is fast and reliable. I have never had a problem with getting a job through snag a job. it is a site i know i can go on and find a great job in my area.

Vantagens:

It is easy to use. you don't have to be a member, but if you are, it makes it that much easier to apply for jobs. There one click apply option makes the process much easier and makes you feel like you are getting more work done.

Desvantagens:

The calls about education can get quite annoying.

Somewhat Helpful Hiring Software

Comentários: In general, my overall experience with Snagajob is somewhat limited but mildly positive.

Vantagens:

I appreciate the novelty that this software brings to the hiring and recruiting arena. It’s somewhat better than other similar services.

Desvantagens:

I don’t like the limitations Snagajob has and its relative lack of specialization for healthcare type jobs.

- Not a single suite solution. - Report not very simple. - Not enough initial training was provided.

For those who need help with job hunting, you come to the right place. It is easy to navitage

Comentários: I like using this software to help me built a better resume, navigate job flexibility and get job alerts.

Vantagens:

User friendly, especially for those who need help building a resume. This site has everything, tutorial, resume samples, and anyone can get job alert notification via email.

Desvantagens:

Not many great jobs available, it serves it's purpose but hard to stand out. Most job announcements are duplicate and simple with a lower salary opportunity.

ROI - definitely worth it

Vantagens:

PeopleMatter listens and provides answers. It has centralized our applicant tracking/onboarding and training efforts. It reduces stress with federal compliance issues (e.g., I-9 changes, e-verify). PeopleMatter has reduced the amount of effort required to gain the maximum tax credits available to our company. The notifications and LEARN modules allow me to keep in touch with 2,000 people across more than 200 locations from my office, meaning my face-to-face visits are much more impacting.

Desvantagens:

PeopleMatter is still in the growing stages; however, there are thoughtful, useful improvements made throughout the year. I would love to see a way to provide training paths inside LEARN.
