When we first used it, it did a solid job of reducing low-quality ad traffic and giving us better visibility into invalid clicks. The setup was straightforward and the dashboard was reasonably easy to use once everything was configured. From a purely functional perspective, it delivered the basic click-fraud protection we expected. > > **Desvantagens**: The biggest problem by far is cancellation and support. There is no cancellation option inside the dashboard, no billing controls, and support simply does not respond. I sent multiple emails requesting termination and never received a single reply. As the account owner, I should be able to stop billing, but Lunio provides no way to do that. This forced me to escalate through my bank to block further Stripe charges. A SaaS company that makes cancellation impossible and ignores paying customers is a serious red flag. > > They employ deceptive and unethical business practises in terms of their billing.
