Great Payroll System
Comentários: Great tool that is affordable and easy to use!
Vantagens:
What I like most about OnPay is how easy it is to use the tool. I do not have a payroll background and I was able to figure out how to process payroll with getting frustrated. It's very intuitive and easy to use. I also like that chat functionality. They respond instantly and are incredibly knowledgeable/helpful.
Desvantagens:
I wish we could integrate it with our HRIS platform so I wouldn't have to switch between 2 different systems to process payroll (401k contributions and approve non-exempt time cards, etc.)

Comentários: OnPay has been exactly what I hoped for when choosing a payroll company. They are there when I need help and have a mostly intuitive interface that allows me to take care of tasks on my own. They stay on top of tax related issues relative to
Vantagens:
I like the ease of use with OnPay. And when there are issues or concerns, their team is quick to respond...sometimes even taking over my desktop to explain a process or location for a specific query.
Desvantagens:
I live in a municipality where a local tax is not taken out of paychecks as it only triggers after a certain income. While my household does ultimately hit the threshold for this high income when combined with my wife, right now it is not a tax that OnPay has been able to take out voluntarily, even though I would like them to.
Payroll Excellence
Comentários: Overall, OnPay is amazing! They have amazing customer service and always take such good care of our client's payroll needs.
Vantagens:
The full service payroll software saves us so much time with tax remittance and payroll compliance reports.
Desvantagens:
It would be nice to be able to edit a pay run that has been submitted, but not processed yet.
OnPay made multiple tax errors and took months and months to respond
Comentários: Overall I would not recommend OnPay. It was a bad experience due to tax errors and integrations that did not work. The net result is OnPay caused our small business to receive hundreds of dollars of fees and interest plus more in accounting costs.
Vantagens:
OnPay is fine as long as you don't need any support. Their support team is slow and error-prone. If you are doing payroll for a small business you probably need some level of support.
Desvantagens:
The problem with OnPay is this... They often misfiled wage withholding with state government. Sometimes they made calculation errors. Other times they filed a day or two late. Either way, it cost fees, interest, and time to resolve the issue. The biggest problem was how long it took OnPay to even respond to these issue. For example, I once submitted a ticket on on [sensitive content hidden], and had OnPay submit a response on [sensitive content hidden] . For another incident they simple never responded. Also, OnPay did not honor the first month free that they advertise.
The best payroll service provider
Comentários: They have been affordable and reliable.
Vantagens:
Has all the necessary payroll features for employers and employees. And no ridiculous nonstop solicitations for affiliated services (but available if you ask or need them).
Desvantagens:
Slightly better QuickBooks integration; minor quibble
