Comments: Once we had it set up - it has been a huge time saver for our management team. Customer Service has been outstanding as well.

Pros: Our firm regularly generates multiple RFP's on a weekly basis; the ability to customize the questionaire to match our requirements has been a terrific time saver, now that we have our templates built. Also really pleased with the comparison /results grid.

Cons: It was a little tedious to set up with our initial templates, but is a huge time saver for us now. It would also be helpful to incorporate the ability to "share" and Print to PDF final versions of the reports.
