Comentários: O.C. Tanner has improved employee engagement and encourages everyone to bring their best self to work, as well as to show kindness to colleagues by recognizing their everyday contributions to the company's betterment.
Vantagens:
O.C. Tanner is an excellent way to recognize employees on multiple levels, from appreciation for everyday tasks to thank you's for completion of huge projects. It also allows employees to recognize each others' hard work and achievements!
Desvantagens:
I would love if it were a little easier to use your preferred name on this software. I know there is a way, but if it were something that was clarified on first sign in, I think it'd be neat.

Comentários: Im sharing this review after using the platform for more than 2 years. If you have a global goal, using culture cloud makes it possible to achieve them easily, right from implementation till date several aspects of execution was smooth. Every company s unique internal system and process and the appetite to change are some of the elements to be kept in mind but the OC Tanner implementation partners helped every step.
Vantagens:
Product is easy to implement, pricing models are thoughtful,award catalogue is good, responsive customer support,global reach and complaint to several IT lawsseveral plug in features (Outlook plugin, mobile app, teams plugin)
Desvantagens:
Bills payable process can be re-engineered. communication aids can be improved.
