It’s easy to update, easy to share, and multiple people can work in it at the same time. It also works really well with other Google tools like Forms and Drive, which helps us keep processes simple.

You also need to keep things organised properly, otherwise files can become messy over time. For very advanced processes, a dedicated system may be better than relying only on spreadsheets.
