Installation was a breeze - the help they provided setting the programme up was remote and so easy. There is a lot of similar programmes out there that just don't work fluidly, this hasn't had one hiccup, any slight issues(which are our own lack of knowledge of the programme) we face the support is second to none with zero waiting time and they have every intention without hesitation to want to help rectify the problem.
