Our investors are able to have more access to their investments. IMS saves us so much time on the administrative side as well because of how great the CRM features are, how we can bulk upload K-1s, and distributions and easily email our investors. IMS has really help streamline our operations. > > **Desvantagens**: I did feel like the implementation process was a lot of work with putting our data in a format that could be uploaded to IMS, but after that hurdle was overcome-- it was mostly smooth sailing.
