Comentários: Overall it's a better system. Customer support is great and helpful too, they helped me get better rates for a Fulfillment shipping order.

Vantagens:

It was difficult for us properly track shipments, etc and Easyship does a way better job at this, you don't have to go out of the app for anything.

Desvantagens:

We have to set up accounts for operations in every country. Can't have a single account for shipping from US, UK for example, it has to be separate.

EasyShip, a good basic shipping program.

Comentários: Very good.
I started using EasyShip because I’m using Sellbrite and it doesn’t print labels in bulk. Sellbrite has EasyShip as one of their partners so I decided to try it since I do need to do multiple packages at one time. It was confusing at first, I thought I was supposed to be able to import my inventory but never could see any of my products. But that was my misunderstanding, I imports orders only and adds the products as they sell (basically just tracks package size, weight and category to declare it for customs). I didn’t have any active orders the first time I was trying to use it which is why it didn’t seem to be doing anything. A couple weeks later I tried again when I had orders and I figured out how to import orders. It doesn’t seem to transfer over the package size and weight, which I do have for the products in Sellbrite but I have to transfer that info over manually. It saves it after the first time a product sells. It doesn’t cost anything to use except what I buy in postage which the prices are comparable to what Sellbrite costs are. And it did give me a coupon for extra postage which was really great, used that up! It does multiple shipments really well. And I love how I get the file of all the invoices and all the labels and can print them all in one shot. It was a little trickier to learn, but I’m glad I did. I plan on continuing to use it.

Vantagens:

It does multiple shipments at one time. Sends me the labels and invoices all in one file to print all at one time which is a great time saver.

Desvantagens:

A little tricky to learn to use but glad it did. It just could have bee a little clearer on what to do and expect on how to download orders.

Comentários: Our experience have been very good, we received amazing support by real persons from Customer Service from day 1 until now, for every step in setting, first shipping and then any inquiry that we may found during the process of using.

Vantagens:

Very easy to install, set and use! shipping rates are very competitive and Customer Service is amazing, is provided by real person, not like other apps that provide support by bots!

Desvantagens:

We would like to have oversize shipping rates options, some of our products are oversized and have to find another shipping option outside, however it works very good for small and medium size package.

Unexpected Challenges with Easyship’s Subscription Renewal and Refund Policy

Comentários: Date of Experience: March 2024 I have been a user of Easyship’s services, specifically the Premier Yearly Subscription, up until a recent incident that has compelled me to reconsider my association with them and share my experience publicly. In March 2024, I was surprised to find my credit card charged SGD513 for an automatic subscription renewal. What compounded my frustration was the realization that this renewal notice coincided exactly with the charge time, leaving no window for any decision-making regarding my subscription preferences. Promptly reacting, I reached out to Easyship, seeking to downgrade to a more affordable plan while also requesting a partial refund. Initially, the response was promising; an agreement was seemingly reached with a senior staff member who assured a downgrade and a refund. Regrettably, this decision was unexpectedly overturned, citing a technicality that a ‘prior notice’ was sent at the same time as the charge— a justification that, in my opinion, does not align with reasonable consumer expectations for fair notice. Further complicating matters is the absence of a clear, accessible refund policy on their platform. Despite diligent searching, I found no detailed guidance on how such situations are handled, leaving subscribers in a gray area regarding their subscription commitments and potential recourse. This experience has been disheartening. As a customer, the lack of clear communication, the reversal of resolutions, and opaque policies have eroded my trust in Easyship. The cost implications and administrative runaround in attempting to address this issue have been significant. For others considering Easyship, I advise caution and thorough vetting of their subscription terms and customer service practices to avoid similar predicaments. While I once valued Easyship for their shipping solutions, this episode has underscored the importance of transparency and customer respect—areas where, based on my experience, there’s considerable room for improvement.

Easyship offered convenient shipping solutions, easing the process of managing logistics with a variety of options.

Desvantagens:

Recent issues with automatic renewal charges and a lack of clear, accessible refund policies have undermined trust. A promised downgrade and refund were unexpectedly reversed without a justifiable explanation, highlighting a significant gap in communication and customer service.
