Rules and licencing info is kept in the system and easy to reference. Performing draws is quick and easy and accurate. He responded to my many questions and concerns quickly and was able to provide all of the answers and support I needed. He was fantastic\!\!\! Once the initial set up was complete and the raffle launched, I found it very easy to frequently check the status of sales using the software. I also heard from others that the online ticket purchase process was very easy and smooth as well.
