Comentários: We discovered many features that became really essential to our daily workflow, that includes IVR, Call Tracking, CDR, and Call Whispering. Also, the reporting part is very precise! We can follow our team's performance and improve day after day!
Vantagens:
ZIWO provides us with all the features necessary for telephone communications with clients and colleagues!
Desvantagens:
I cant think of anything, its very helpful and we rely on it in our daily tasks

Vantagens:
We use call recording as an aid to dispute resolution. We can check what was agreed and use the information to resolve any issue with the clients. Its a simple and easy solution.
Desvantagens:
Nothing to mention, however, an updated mobile version would be great!

Comentários: We are using ZIWO to make and receive calls from Saudi Arabia while we are stationed in Jordan.
Vantagens:
Having a mobile app for admins. Easy GUI. Great customer support.
Desvantagens:
The reporting panel could use some improvements. It would be better to be able to send the call record as a link.

Ziwo has great features that help you to manage all your Inbound, Manual and Automatic Outbound and Telephony needs. You can add new DID´s, get analytics, call recording and all the information you need to run the effective call center.
Desvantagens:
Everything is great. Needs improvement on reporting with easy user interface and standard data required for call center.

ZIWO is great and recommendable

- The software is modern and user friendly. - l like the Live dashboard feature as it allows us to do real-time monitoring of the team that is logged in. - the ability to track all the calls that are recorded easily.
Desvantagens:
nothing at the moment, the software is easy to use.

I like the variety of services that the software included such as , showing the number of callers before answering the call.
Desvantagens:
Sometimes I didn't understand the behavior of the system because it shows that calls are answered even when the system is closed

Comentários: Awesome really value for the money, in-spite what you spent for the software difference view but post paid how the team make you feel and service makes big difference on the business

This software is heart of my working, this provide me empowered my work, it is fast, easy, very supportive in case of trouble

I was amazed at how easy to set up and use Ziwo. You can simply start to work on it without getting any training as it is very easy to navigate and use All the information in one place and easy to access

Till now the program is working without issues or difficulties

Hold features, warm transfers and seeing the call history in detail.
Desvantagens:
How it lags under heavy load and the hotlines (7 Digits) in Kuwait does not connect.
