Comentários: I feel comfortable recommending this product to any office. I think they would be able to use the templates and customization to suit the offices' needs.
Vantagens:
The format s easier to read, less eye strain. The colors are easy to distinguish from the font color. I spend a lot of the time in front of the computer.
Desvantagens:
almost too cute icons, Some of the transitions have these little cartoons. Maybe this is targeting the younger workforce.

1. Ease of use and Design. We don't have to train people to use Health cloud. 2. Very Scalable and many sales force features can be embedded.
Desvantagens:
I felt a price is bit high as compared to SaaS products. More functionality like auto scrapping would be really useful anyday.
