A primeira coisa que me impressionou ao abrir o Nifty foi sua interface moderna e limpa. A disposição das informações é intuitiva, tornando a navegação uma experiência agradável. A facilidade em criar, editar e priorizar tarefas é um ponto forte deste gerenciador. Outro aspecto positivo do Nifty é sua capacidade de integração com outras ferramentas populares de produtividade, como Google Calendar, Slack e Trello.
Desvantagens:
Embora haja algumas áreas em que o desempenho possa ser aprimorado.

Vantagens:
Luckily, my team and I were able to find Nifty right before we committed to a competitor which would have increased our overhead substantially. Compared to the 3,000 Dollar Annual Fee + the 7,000 Dollar overhead, it was really a tough pill for us to swallow. Before we bit the bullet, Nifty found it's way to me and let me tell you as a Project Manager and Operations Officer, Nifty lives up to its name. I could go on about the features, but the best part of the software is its multitude of integrations. Softwares like Trello, Basecamp, and Zoom are already integrated. This isn't a PM software your team will just refer to once a day, it's a platform from which your team can not only communicate, but work together and collaborate to complete projects, tasks, and goals.
Desvantagens:
The only problem with project management is getting a team to utilize new PM Software. Luckily, the support team is there to make sure your company's transition is as smooth as possible.

Comentários: I think it's great that there are checkpoints along the way. It's a visible reminder that I need to prioritize catching up on older tasks rather than adding more to my list right away. It reminded me a lot of Asana. I appreciate the timer so much since it allows me to keep track of my progress.
Vantagens:
I was skeptical about trying Nifty because I had such a hard time settling on a task organizer that actually worked for me. Still, it outperforms every other task manager I’ve tried. It's easy to use, remembers everything I need to do, and sends me the most effective reminders of any app I've tried.
Desvantagens:
It doesn't appear that tasks may be linked easily with one another. There are some similarities to Asana, but there are also significant differences, such as the inability to assign the same task to more than one board or project.

Nifty has everything I need to organize my daily workflow and build a knowledge base that supports continuous updates. I love the ease of creating lists and collecting data through them. I love looking at the dashboard that keeps me constantly updated with colleagues about everything new and achieves quick response to any requests. It is great that with Nifty we have automated dashboards that reflect updates directly and can be used to provide a live display of the level of progress and clarify many statistics at any time. I love the ease of adopting Nifty as an effective means of communication that enables me to reduce the movement between applications and complete more than one task from one station.
Desvantagens:
Nifty is easy to use, I just need more freedom to customize some reports or ready-made templates, to appear in a way that is completely suitable for our needs.

Comentários: Unfortunately the app looks promising but the overall experience wasted a lot of my time and main reason because of customer support.

Desvantagens:
1-Their database management and recording user data, for example, have an issue of duplication, and if you created a workspace and then deleted you will not be able to use this name again and the nifty system will keep sending you notifications about It like it still exists. 2-Customer support is not professional and most of the time they take around 4-5 days to reply to your questions. This is the main reason I left the App.
