Customer Support was quick and accurate whenever we needed guidance. After evaluating 21 different eVoting software packages, AssociationVoting proved to be the best value for our money. The system allows for customization of the login procedure through a user-friendly table, which is one of the biggest advantages we found compared to the competition. This feature enabled us to guarantee one vote per household (per our bylaws), even though multiple email accounts exist within each household. > > **Desvantagens**: The terminology used for “campaigns” took a little time to understand at first, and I had to contact Customer Support to fully grasp how this feature worked. In this system, a campaign simply refers to scheduled voter reminder emails that are automatically sent at specific points during the voting window (for example, at the beginning, middle, and end of the voting period).
