As Gallery Registrar it has saved me a lot of time by combining many features into one platform.
Comments: It allows me to manage artwork very effectively. Once artworks are loaded, I can link it to the website, create consignment sheets and certificates of authenticity, keep track of locations, create exhibitions and keep track of the condition of pieces. It is able to use one platform instead of the many spread sheets i used to use to keep track of stock, clients and sales.
Pros: Inventory management has become very simple; being able to keep track of current stock to managing consignments any many different locations. It links it to our website directly, so no need to do double work. Clients can be tracked by what they purchased, interests or where we met them.
Cons: There is no online sales platform as of yet. But, I have been told it is on the cards in the future.

Our team of 5 was struggling with consistency, now we save time, avoid mistakes, and look great!
Pros: The website and pdf outputs look amazing, producing content for clients is so easy and publishing changes to the website is instant. I love the instant currency conversion price list, and invoicing that allows us to list artworks in the currency our artist works in (which relates to our consignment contract) yet instantly convert it on a price list, quote or invoice to any currency the client desires. I love the way content links to the artist profiles, so when looking at an artist, everything related to them is there in one place. It saves us money every month!
Cons: the Wall card label layout doesn't fit the stickers we use in our London Gallery so we print them on the card and cut the card. They could add additional sticker configurations.
