The account also included a Finance Manager trial that would convert to a $30 monthly subscription. My current problem is even more serious. A Tailor Brands user has Full Access to my company’s California Secretary of State bizfile record. I requested access on August 25, 2026, and provided my name, account information, entity information, and proof that I had already submitted the access request. A Tailor Brands representative specifically told me that access would be granted after I supplied this information. Despite several calls and emails, repeated promises of updates within 24 to 48 hours, and a promised supervisor callback, I still do not have access to my own company record.
