> **Vantagens**: Ease of use on desktop, laptop, and mobile. I can schedule interviews and manage the process with ease. It is a real game changer for me, particularly with the amount of job boards it populates. Very impressed\!

> **Desvantagens**: THis is probably user error since I am only a month in on the platform, but I haven't found a rule that I can use to block out interviews. Such as no change to scheduled interviews the day of, or something like that.
I look at and calendarize my interviews the day before and before I start the work day, but once I'm in the workday, a candidate can change or add an interview in that I am not aware of since I silence notifications during interviews.

It has made my professional life easier and I also like the recaps as they are a proof of life, so to speak, in that the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] of the company has visibility of how many applicants I have contacted and how many are hired. The reporting is excellent.
