There are times when the tasks takes time to appear which delays the workload. I also wish there was a feature where contacts from emails can be autopopulated into Vipecloud.

Best CRM for small sized businesses

Comentários: VipeCloud has been a great asset in helping us organize and keep track of customer interactions on a daily basis. In particular, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been outstanding in providing personalized support in exploring how best to use VipeCloud to suit us as a law firm. Having tried a number of systems and databases over the years, we can say with confidence that VipeCloud is one of the most user-friendly ones and can be customized to meet our needs rather than forcing us to reconfigure our data to fit the system.

Vantagens:

Easy of use & easy integration. The user experience has been positive thanks to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who has been a great help from the get-go. Suggestions from us (the users) are considered and have been implemented in the new releases.

Desvantagens:

An Auto-saving feature in the Email template would be really helpful. Users should be able to re-order the pipelines instead of deleting and re-typing them.

The Must Have Product

Vantagens:

This is the must have product for an executive wanting to maintain a sales force and a customer base ; yet still be able to take a vacation. This year was the first carefree 2 week vacation I was able to have with my family.

Desvantagens:

I have an assistant that operates all of VipeCloud for me in a seamless way.

VipeCloud Email Service

Comentários: I have been very pleased with the product and the customer service

Vantagens:

I like that my email can be sent to very large groups and that it is a very professsional looking email and page set up

Desvantagens:

It takes a little more time to write and email and insert links and pictures than just using a standard email program.

Comentários: It was an easy ramp-up to get started and the Support Team was super helpful. I like the video tutorials I can watch to learn how to use features.

Vantagens:

It "looks" very similar to Outlook and therefore I can bounce in and out of Vipecloud and feel familiar. I love the fact I can send and track Advanced Mass Email

Desvantagens:

not really, but I'm also fairly certain I only use about 30% of its capability

Vantagens:

It goes out to everyone I want it to in just a few minutes. I tend to use the same things over and over- but I find it easy to do. My assistant does most of the work!

Desvantagens:

I would like tutorials easy to find to instruct us on how to do certain things. As I said, my assistant does most of the work, but somethings I have to personally do, and it takes me a while to get through them

Comentários: I love that I can communicate with my Team and my Customers. It is a wonderful tool.

Vantagens:

Reaching out to my team and keeping them informed for new products and training. I also use it for monthly recognition. Communication is so easy with Vipe Cloud. I can personalize easily by adding video's and pictures. I also love that they have an app. Plus they have great customer servic.

Desvantagens:

At times I am not as "techy" but I have two assistants that help along with great tutorials that Vipe Cloud has for us.

Great product

Vantagens:

I’ve been using VipeCloud for a year, primarily creating email templates for customers and business partners. I learned how to produce html templates on my own with the aid of the many help videos. These are emails that are more likely to get opened and not ignored, and isn’t that what we all want?

Desvantagens:

It takes a little time to learn the html forms, but it’s worth the effort.

Get into marketing automation without breaking the bank

Comentários: Because we use another system for basic CRM tasks such as task management, contact management and deals management the marketing automation features are what we use Vipecloud for most of the time. These include email drip campaigns, email nurture, targeted mass emails, content management and social media management.
We have not yet worked out a bi-directional syncing, but create new contacts in VipeCloud automatically when we add new ones in our main CRM system.

Vantagens:

We are advanced CRM users but settled on VipeCloud due to the breadth of functionality and value for money. It's easy to use, simple to configure and powerful. Its search and list building features are excellent, enabling targeted email marketing. HTML emails are simple to build, Content management, Social Media management are also terrific. It brings to the smaller company many of the marketing automation features only larger companies can afford. When everything is taken into account, CRM, web page tracking, contact and task management, marketing automation, content management, email tracking - and the list can go on, this is a top of the range product for use by everyone. Support is faultless. Rapid response and immediate fix if required.

Desvantagens:

Initially, there were quite a few annoying glitches we kept bumping into, but these were fixed almost immediately. We also use HubSpot for CRM, its user interface is awesome

Love VipeCloud

Comentários: Having the automated system has saved me a lot of time and energy when it comes to communicating with my team members & clients. I love that you can see who/when they open the email and interaction with links too.

Vantagens:

I was surprised at how simple is would be to make and send out my own emails to clients, team members & leads. Love being able to upload Photos/ documents. Save emails to edit for future use. Schedule stuff to go out. I really do enjoy every aspect I use with VipeCloud.

Desvantagens:

Honestly I don’t hate any cons at this point.

I love that I can do email marketing keep my consultant and customer contacts in here, social media marketing and posting! Video integration is very simple and I can store email templates as well!

Very difficult to use vibe cloud on mobile platforms such as iPad or iPhone Best on computer!

Comentários: The overall experience with VipeCloud has been amazing. The customer service with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been far superior to other companies I have worked with. When I was having some issues of emails bouncing, he spent time with me to figure out the problem and how to fix it.

Vantagens:

My favorite part of working with VipeCloud is how easy the software is to use. I do not consider myself tech savy and I had no problem learning how to create an email or edit an email. The end product looks professional and helps my business succeed.

Desvantagens:

Not really any issues that I have had with VipeCloud.

VipeCloud is Great for Boosting Small Business Marketing!

Comentários: Very helpful, lots of features that we haven't even begin to use but plan to utilize in the future, helpful company, makes communication with customers more personalized and streamlined.

I love the capabilities to customize so much about emails and schedule emails and social media posts so I can plan so much easier.

There are a few features that can be difficult to learn or figure out without help, but we have been able to get help in using the software.

Amazing communication tool

Comentários: Very positive. Very effective. I highly recommend it.

Vantagens:

The systems that allow me to communicate with personal touch. That my customers and team members can hear my voice as well as see my words and pictures when I communicate. It also maximizes the effectiveness of my time management.

Desvantagens:

Learning a new system and finding resources easily. Also I need to know when and who I send emails to and I’m struggling to find that info.

Best program on the market

Vantagens:

I am over the moon impressed with the ease of this product. I love the analysis report given after each mass email. Impressive.

Desvantagens:

I have no cons related to this product.

Excellent Resource

Comentários: I love this because I’m able to get important information out to my unit and it looks very professional and eye appealing while also including all the most important things!

Vantagens:

Having an app for viewing and sending information and not having to log into a website every time!

Desvantagens:

Mainly just the process of trying to learn how to use it without a lot of “how tos”.
