Pre and After tasks could save a lot of time when you talking about rollback and debugging
Patch database is always updated
Mobile client are very handy when you want to see the update status and even to show to your clients and customers

Managing Custom Groups and  remote offices is not an easy task the information that you can filter in order to move machines to groups is very limited
Hard to move workstations from one remote office to another

> My overall experience is being very positive. I'm using the cloud version enterprise and having good results in order to maintain the servers and workstations updates. The test and deploy feature allows the process of updating almost with no effort for the technical team. It is indeed a very powerful tool once you setup correctly and have and update policy approved to back you up. We are studying to have the whole suite of endpoint manager to help our customers and client facing the challenges of keeping their systems updated and more secure.
