Comecei a utilizar o viber numa conversa do grupo da universidade e ninguém teve razões de queixa. Consegui personalizar cada conversa que tinha, bem como tinha pacotes de emojis animados ao longo dos tempos, o que tornava a conversa engraçada. Com a vinda em força de outros produtos semelhantes de outras marcas, o viber conseguiu acompanhar o processo, por exemplo, na seleção de uma msg e conseguir responder diretamente a essa ou até fazer um like a uma msg em específico.

Desvantagens:

Tenho notado que muitas vezes não recebo a notificação, só recebo a mesma quando abro a aplicação, o que se torna num inconveniente quando tenho uma conversa aberta com outra pessoa.

Facil de usar, ja utilizo desde o lançamento em 2010 e as posteriores versôes e bem legal podemos editar as mensagens enviadas fazer chamadas e ligaçoes de video, criar grupos de brainstorming em projetos de software, excelente para funil de vendas com clientes podemos personalizar o walper para cada conversa e enviar e receber arquivos etc.

Desvantagens:

os bugs que aconte nas ligações, encerra a video chamada ao receber alguma ligação, ele otimo para outras finaldades podendo ser usado na empresa ou na familia com criptografia de ponta a ponta.

Comentários: Eu sempre utilizei o Vibe como segunda opção, infelizmente muitas pessoas não o conhecem, isso faz com que seja menos utilizado. Mas ele cumpre o que promete e possuiu um design agradável.

Customer service

Comentários: Using the App was great. However, the fact that a recent update suddenly locked me out of my account and effectively required me to re-register has created major problems; I can no longer access my chats and contacts even though they are backed up on icloud. Not only is there no alternative way for me to access my account, (the sim card on which I registered the account is no longer active) customer service is very poor. There is no way to talk to anyone on the phone and the staff answering the emails do not seem to listen to the specific problem and to actually provide assistance or a work-around. In short, the app works well as long as you don't get locked out or need support from customer service.

The app is very easy to use and functions well.

Desvantagens:

The App updated and locked me out of my account, effectively cutting me off from my chat history.

Viber is I ever use daily for my personal and for my work. It is very easy to use and can communicate with others friends or clients all over the world with text or video, audio call. The video and audio call quality is very good. In my work environment, We have created the own sticker to make a fun in our viber group chat. Because of using end to end encryption, we don't need to worry about our conversation. Some additional features I like is : - Viber caller ID ( it shows me caller id when anonymous or spam call) - My Notes (we can take a note easily ) - Hidden chat (If you don't want to see chat , U can hidden chat) - Translate features (easily translate with one touch)

Desvantagens:

No other least about viber. But, when we have called by someone in our contacts or not, pop up ads are a little annoyed me.

First of, the interface is user friendly and with it's very capable end to end encryption which guaranteed a secured data both stored and transmitted makes this a topnotch, the video , messaging and even sending doc function comes with ease and it all works well in areas without strong internet connection.

Desvantagens:

We've once had issues updating and transferring of documents to another new devices but this was eventually solved by our engineer even though it delayed some important business of the day, but it happens just once and we eventually find a way around it

I used Viber for my daily life for my work or for my personal. When I use Viber conversation, I can feel I have more safe for my privacy because of end to end encryption. If we don't want to see chat contact, we can use hidden chat feature. It is good. My Notes also helpful for daily tasks. And then video & audio call quality is perfect and then we can create own sticker and have a fun for me or others. The most I like is Viber caller ID feature.

Desvantagens:

No, I don't have. It is the best application that I have ever use. But , I want to suggest that I think It is better if my day or my stories features include.
