Comentários: I have found it to be easy to use out of the box. I strongly recommend this product over other CRM's.

Vantagens:

I do not need to hire an assistant to manage my leads. I can use the features in the system to make my life easier.

Desvantagens:

The daily cost can get you. Be sure to disposition or you are wasting your time and money. There are some quirky things that make you do extra clicks. Send out a survey for software tweaks.

iSales CRM Review

Vantagens:

iSales was light years beyond the CRM system we were utilizing. The functionality is increasing with time, overall it's a great product.

Desvantagens:

I wish there were integration where you could send an immediate email like you can an SMS message, there are times I'd like to have that function. Campaign functions could also be improved, things that should be sorted out, like "no SMS" dont always work. That's using all the sorting on the page. Some of them still slip through.

Good Features and interface. Terrible customer service and many critical glitches and bugs

Comentários: Customer service is terrible, they don't answer questions or address problems you have. When they have critical outages and your business suffers they profusely apologize and promise things like reimbursment of paid features that did not work during the outages but never deliver in their promises.

Vantagens:

INterface and ease of Use and extensive ability to do drip marketing

Desvantagens:

Phone app is Half baked and weak. Too many critical bugs and outages. Expensive when compared to other solutions

ISalesCRM is now Ringy

Comentários: The more I use it, the better I get at using it. Like with any CRM, there is a learning curve. Haven't availed myself of the new training videos which I'd recommend for any new user. Customer service is sketchy. For the cost, it seems worthwhile.

Vantagens:

Like any CRM software the more you know about what you need and the better you understand its features, the better it can serve your needs. After almost two years, I am still learning about it features and functionality. Especially like the campaign option.

Desvantagens:

The disposition tags and automatic actions are a little redundant or maybe I just haven't figure out how to use them to their best benefit.

Best CRM features, Cumbersome to manage

Comentários: Applaud software designers for features offered. Great “bells & whistles”...best CRM used to date. Enjoyed and attended a few weekly webinars for Q&A with other users and training support. Unfortunately, I recently turned off system, too time consuming to keep current, in real time.

Vantagens:

I love the depth and range of software features. Customization and tracking.

Desvantagens:

Time consuming to manage, cumbersome to disposition and keep current (not to alienate).

Having all my leads to be all in one program.

Desvantagens:

I would like a better way to find inbound leads. Maybe some type drop down that will filter and reposition the dial list. It is frustrating to the time of inbound calls all they are all mixed in the outbound calls .

A Lead System that finally made Cold Calling East for Me

Vantagens:

I really like how the software gathers the necessary information about a prospect and how that information is displayed. I like the customizable set up that a user can do with many of the features of the software. I like how the software tracks your activity of calling and texting. I like how the software helps you organize your leads. And I also like how the software sends you notifications of new leads, texts, and calls from prospects.

Desvantagens:

I thinks the price for the software is a little too high. And while it is user friendly, there are glitches with the phone system including dropped calls and texting errors.

The Key to Efficiency

Comentários: Again, I think iSalesCRM is a software that works for you, being efficient and highly organized.
It is a great way to keep track of your progress and the reports are very detailed and incredibly detailed.

Vantagens:

The best thing about the iSalesCRM software is that it literally does the work for you! You set up your messages, the timing they get sent out, and how frequently they do ONCE. After the initial set up of the numerous features integrated into this software for efficiency, the software works FOR you from there on out.

Desvantagens:

The biggest con is that if you don't have a high internet speed, it will work very slowly.

iSalesCRM doubled my sales year over year

Comentários: Overall this product increased my sales by double year over year. I never had a problem with the software and super easy to use. I tell everyone I know in sales to get it.

Vantagens:

The best part is the follow up aspect. Sometime as an agent following up with leads fall through the cracks. Not so with this software.

Desvantagens:

Nothing that really jumps out. I think it was worth every penny.

iSales does everything I need it to

Comentários: Overall, I am happy with what iSales does for me. It works exactly how I would want my CSR program to work.

Vantagens:

I like the interface of this product. Very easy to navigate and find what I need to find. Also easy to sort between various leads and vendors.

Desvantagens:

Cost is a little high. The $100 monthly fee as well as the cost per text/call adds up quick. There are also technical glitches from time to time.

Comentários: Fantastic. Would recommend to anyone in high volume sales

Vantagens:

It takes a lot of work/stress out of my day for following up with clients. While the software is doing that for me, I am prospecting new clients at the same time.

Desvantagens:

I wish sometimes It would not "auto-block" leads based on certain keywords, but other than that, I have no complaints.

Comentários: Neutral at this point. Do not have consistent follow-up or interaction.

Vantagens:

Preset texts; ability to send campaigns.

Desvantagens:

This is a very tricky software. There are still too many steps to move forward to an action. It's way to complicated to add vendors with dispositions with preset texts, etc. The response is very very poor with customer service. The explanation per step is lacking terribly. Ease of use = not to easy.

The best features would be the phone numbers, campaign, drip marketing, and mass text

Desvantagens:

The only thing I do not like is how the cost of marketing jumps from 0.01 to 0.02 or 0.03 depending on the number of characters in a campaign blast. It adds up quickly

Comentários: Being able to continually contacts leads without the extra work is great. This lets me spend my time working my warmer leads while the system continually contacts and touches the leads that are cold.

Vantagens:

The ease of use and functionality of Isales. Currently, there is no other software on the market that does what it does. If you are dealing with hundreds of leads a day I would recommend looking into this.

Desvantagens:

Additional costs to use the system and features. If you are calling from this system with the soft phone you will be spending a lot more money. NO APP for your phone - being that I work on my phone a lot it would be great to have an app the is very fluid and works with android or IOS.

Comentários: Good CRM with a fairly easy set up. The app is awesome and super easy to navigate. Love the ability to store so many automated responses.

Vantagens:

The most impactful feature is the ability to keep building my funnel while I focus on other streams of revenue. The automated text responses to my new lead drops and the ability to do drip campaigns is HUGE for my business.

Desvantagens:

I don't like that the caller's number doesn't come through on forwarded calls to my cell. It's frustrating that I have to open the app to see who called me. Automated notifications to stop drips on holidays would be super helpful too.

Best Contact Management System I've found

Vantagens:

I like the automated actions, ability to set things up one time and have them applied over and over again.

Desvantagens:

There have been a few times where it has been buggy ab out sending messages or dialing calls hasn't worked, but those are few and far between.

Good for some specific things

Comentários: The training is self-serve and support is only done online so you can't talk to a real person.

Vantagens:

The functionality of the SMS drips works pretty well. The email piece works similarly but I haven't used it. I use this to complement the CRM system that I use because iSales does drip marketing better.

Desvantagens:

I would not select this as my primary CRM system because it lacks that functionality as compared to other CRM systems. This seems like a good drip marketing tool that some people use for basic CRM functions, but if you're used to Salesforce, Vanillasoft, or another true CRM system, then do view this as a replacement for those.

Clean look. Pretty easy to navigate. The fact that there is a mobile app.

Mobile app could be cleaner looking and easier to use. I also wish it was easier to sort thru the thousands of leads I have without having to click thru 100 at a time.

When you put someone on the calendar your self it will not show up on the main page as an appointment! You have to use the booking page and that’s not convenient.

Comentários: This application has been 98% reliable, which is better than most humans!

Vantagens:

I like the ability to upload your own personalized contact list. This application has great automation incorporated into every type of transaction you want to set up. This application is a huge time saver and I love having more time!!!

Desvantagens:

Everything can be simplified but all in all it's pretty self-explanatory and the online support is pretty quick.

Comentários: I want to give iSalesCRM all the credit for my success. They have been a pivotal component to my ongoing production and I would not be able to convert at the rate I’m converting without it. The follow-up component is probably my favorite aspect of this software because it allows me to touch as many clients as possible in as little time as possible. Great software!

Vantagens:

I love the fact that this software is extremely easy to use! I haven’t seen a CRM service that was so easy to use, it’s literally a plug and play service!

Desvantagens:

Honestly, I have no complaints at all. It does everything I need it to do!

Comentários: It was okay. Nothing to rave about. Wish there were more features and cleaner presentation.

Vantagens:

When I needed help integrating lead lists or needed other tech support, the IT reps were very helpful.

Desvantagens:

I’ve worked with numerous CRMs and just felt this one was a little antiquated.

Comentários: I love it. It has made ease of contacting leads.

Vantagens:

What I value most is the ease of drip campaigns. Being able to reach a large number of people effortlessly is key. Being able to follow up with these people effortlessly is even better.

Desvantagens:

The mobile app could be improved a little more. You can not change much or see blocked messages or even disposition through the mobile app.
