> **Vantagens**: When taking orders for our guests it makes it easy to choose the options that they want. It is customizable for you to be able to have different options for your menu items. We can add inventory to the system and keep track of what we are selling and what we need to order.

> **Desvantagens**: The software updates often kick off the printer profiles we have connected. We are unable to use the tap to pay on one system after an update last year.

> Overall square is easy to use and setup our staff and guests have a decently seamless experience when we take their orders and payment.

> **Vantagens**: The vast functionality allows me to run my business the way I need to.  I have multiple types of businesses under my roof (retail, quick service restaurant and full service restaurant) and Square manages all of it, seemlessly.

> **Desvantagens**: The Loyalty and Marketing program is good, but not great.  The system does a great job automating text and email sending, but I wish it had a bit more depth on the reporting side.

> **Vantagens**: I am using square for restaurant in one of my cafe , it is really simple to get the hang of it , all my staff love it as well , simple and efficient

> **Desvantagens**: they are taking 1.6% of all transaction which adds up overtime , however in exchange they provide a really nice and efficient support , however 1.6% is a bit high

> overall I would say that it is a really good POS , I have switch from BEPOZ to square and I don't regret it a second to be honest

> **Vantagens**: I have found it easy to manage, pull reports, and manage staff. The online menu options was super nice as well. The new addition of the pre-authorization feature is a GAME CHANGER at our establishment.

> **Desvantagens**: I would like a report that shows me my exact payout of credit card sales less the Square fees for each business day. I know the information is there and I can search for it but would like a page just for payouts.

> It has been a good experience. I have had a few issues with hardware but the support team is helpful. Our hardware takes a lot of abuse as our bar/restaurant is outside so they get unplugged and put away at the end of each business day.
