Customer support isn't always the most helpful or quickest to respond with getting issues resolved. The mobile campaigns do not work for us and there was no flexibility in our contracts to remove this feature so we are stuck paying for something that isn't valuable to us. > > I have been able to leverage the data that I found in binary fountain to make measureable change in my company's online reputation. When we have changes to locations or doctor addresses, we have to manually email individual URL's to BF to ensure we are seeing the feedback from those listings into the dashboard. The reports don't always show what we are looking for. It would almost be better for the default reports to be created based on the actual use case. I tend to email support each week to try and find a report that will show us what we want to see and exclude extra jargon that is unimportant for our use. > > Binary Fountain has helped us create a reputation management program at our large private practice.
