> **Vantagens**: Detrack is super simple software to both set up and use.  Possibly the best support desk i've come across for responses and assistance.  I've seen systems with similar functionality and many multiple x price.

> **Desvantagens**: The only negatives i can give is that its taken us a year to get to the advanced point we are now.  no fault of the software it just takes time.

> The system has changed the way both our fleet and company operate their first/final mile and added visibility to our customers.

> **Desvantagens**: Custom permanent page settings like the job order (ex. permanently list completed at bottom.). the Queue management page (the Todays Jobs field) is hard to interpret at a quick glance since no PERMANENT arrangement style can be selected, however one can temporary filter the page according to job statues.

> Very positive. The driver app is very intuitive and made for a really quick adoption among our driving team. This, along with the ease of use of the web operator UI makes for a great logistical tool\!

> We went from a paper based pod system to Detrack. This reduced the amount of time spent on scanning pods and shredding after scanning. That in itself is worth the monthly fee. We only use the basic pod system but there are additonal services that would be useful to other companies. Having the customer getting an email to allow them track the progress is great. The system itself was very easy to set up and having the ability to import all our contacts saved a lot of data input.

> **Desvantagens**: Issue with their deployment of updates.
Changing their policies without considering their excising users and potential users on trail i.e. little notice on changes to their subscription/pricing.
Integration is also an issue, as they do not provide any API but third party solution. At the end it was easier for us to create own integration.
Later in the process they suggested webhook, when we address the integration for multilanguage web application.

> Detrack act like they are big and can provide a great delivery solution. But it is a waste of time and resources for any e-commerce/delivery business. Especially, if your delivery staff and drives use other mobile devices than android OS or iOS i.e. Huawei OS
It is great that they try to improve their application. But clearly the Management and Development team is not on same page in terms of objectives. Hereto, new releases or new functions have issues or wrong logic i.e. wrong job status and tracking status i.e. "Out for delivery", when it should be "Out for pickup".
Or for multiple parcel pickups the size calculation is wrong. When you report this there can go weeks before you get a respond and they do not fix the issues or communicate that this is not their priority. Leaving their client with an incomplete solution for which they expect to get paid.

> **Vantagens**: DeTrack does what it is supposed to do without fuss. Support is fantastic and we have been using it for over 5 years with no issues.

> **Desvantagens**: Detrack is built properly so there is nothing to complain about. The odd issue with the amazon cloud steps in.

> From support to usage of the software it is simple and straightforward. Support works well and english is understood.
