Comentários: The experience with Golfmanager and all its members has been very interesting, because we started getting to know each other without many expectations, but, as time went by, we have become stronger, getting to know the product more and above all we have been able to verify many changes and updates that they had made during that period. The continuous search for improvements has been the key to choosing them

What I liked the most is the easy of use, it is very intuitive, fast and totally adaptable to your needs

Desvantagens:

Currently nothing, everything we have was made exactly how we wanted

The possibility of connecting with other tools, in our case we are making the connection with our loyalty program and with our own marketing tool

Desvantagens:

Its very different from the previous software, in our case it has taken time to get to know all its possibilities

Software ahead of its time

Comentários: Very good expereince other than some teething issues with reporting and accounts.

Vantagens:

The Golf Manager Software is ahead of its time in that the golf industry is still catching up to the features available to the user. It is an industry leader in ease of use, technical support and functionality which some in the industry still do not understand but in time will be the norm.

Desvantagens:

As in any software change reporting structure to match the old software is difficult with accounting and has taken 1 year to ensure the respective teams are dynamic enough to realise the benefits outweigh the cons.

The best decision ever made

Comentários: Relationship between the client and the company is more direct doing away with third parties.
The system is easy to operate and its functionality is easy to follow and learn.

Vantagens:

Since we have been operating with GolfManager our online sales have increased by 50% thus saving us time with phone call and email reservations.

Desvantagens:

At the moment we find the software to be the best on the market and have no negative comments.

Fast and more modulable, multiuser interface is easy. Compatible with all the booking systems. They resolve my problems day and night from monday to sunday.

No competition software yet. The soft is coming but i have no date.

Revolutionary Software in the golf industry

Comentários: Exceptional. It is a must in the golf industry. Finally we are working with dynamic rates (yields management) and online reservations for clientes, Tour Operators and OTAs at no cost.

Vantagens:

Easy to use, flexible, fast, secure, dynamic. Good value for money.

Desvantagens:

Change of software in our high season with a not easy migration due to the existing only payments.

The service has been second to none. Every time we contact them, immediately we have a feedback. Normally takes a very short time to manage any small issues that appears. Also, it is very easy to use. The adaptation of the team has been really quick.

Nothing really special. Small issues for invoicing, that are always solved in a short period of time

Comentários: We have realized that golfers all over the world can easily book golf rounds for Golfmanager golf courses.

Vantagens:

We use the API of Golfmanager. It's very easy to implement on our side. When there are techincal issues, customer support helps us out really fast.

Desvantagens:

We would like to be able to add more products (like buggies) directly to the greenfee. This is for now not yet possible through the API.
