Comentários: Before migrating to SYDLE ONE, we were having a hard time finding a really modern and dynamic CRM that would meet all our business needs. We tried some other solutions, but we had several issues, like low availability, limited functionality, and lack of integration. With SYDLE ONE, we solved all of these problems, and we finally managed to find a CRM solution that is truly omnichannel and flexible, as our business requires.

Our business requires a lot of communication, and we use SYDLE ONE mainly for service via chatbot and WhatsApp which, combined with the 360-degree view of customers that the platform provides, serves us very well. SYDLE ONE is also responsive, so we can all use it on our laptops, tablets, and even our phones. That’s very helpful when we need to do something but we’re not in the office. Additionally, the platform’s data analytics allows us to have more control over the company.

So far we have had no issues with the platform, and the support team has been very responsive.
