Comentários: o, we've been using and not really using a variety of project management software. I'm on 3 external teams and have 20 of my own client projects to manage.The first digital marketing team jumped in with project.co, within a week, the second digital marketing team jumped in. Within a couple of days of using, I'm all in!I love that it has the variety of views (including calendar, kanban, & lists) AND being able to embed Google docs makes it great that we don't have to leave the platform!

Great tool for freelance and easygoing teams!

Comentários: I'm a freelance with 10 to 20 projects opened in the same time, I need a quick solution to manage them, task, time, integrate google docs created for prj (minutes etc) . Easy solution to share with customers.

Vantagens:

Simple, simple and quick. Way to manage projects is very easy because you have few right options to manage normal projects and task without many subtask or complicated structure as many of other solutions. The way to add notes, bullet points, task points, embed external resource, add task from a note etc is very powerful. Also the price is very competitive.

Desvantagens:

There is no app right now even if the mobile version is kind of a web app and is enough to add and manage content, of course no notifications from it. Need availability to add custom tools in some module but they are still in progress and updating the platform. Very smart project.

There is no free tier. The site locks your data out after the free trial is over.

Vantagens:

Interface is ok. It is minimal and does not have lots of color. Website is unresponsive sometimes.

I think I'm in Love

Comentários: I've been exploring Project.co for ten days now and find myself incredibly impressed! Not only are there a ton of features I haven't even had time to explore (which will work best for my thinking processes? the kanban (trello-like) view? the calendar view? the list view? and what about sorting?), but the ones that I HAVE explored are pretty awesome.Last night I was playing with inviting a client into their project. I LOVE this. The client can only see their project and only the parts that matter to them. (My internal notes, time count, and detailed task lists are hidden.) The client can invite their spouse themselves to the project if they want to. The areas that the client can access are limited and the functions for the client are limited so it means my client can't mess up the accounts! And, even though we just have the one project for the client (so far), we can use all kinds of ways to help them track what's going on: bulleted lists, checkmark lists, lists that expand and contract, ways to highlight or change the bold/italic/strikethrough and typesize to emphasize things,.... just tons of features.I could go on, but I have to get back to my Projects! Thanks Project.co! I'm really excited to keep exploring!

Vantagens:

Simple enough to learn quickly and get around easily, complicated enough to get really organized and track a lot of info. Love the visually simple design. And love the collaboration possible with clients that restricts them enough that it's even easier to use for them and they can't mess anything up.

Desvantagens:

It's loading slowly sometimes. Might want another level of organization, for instance having individual clients organized into a larger client group or having the various projects organized into themes (admin, clients, marketing, etc.)

Project.co looks very promising

Comentários: I like the fact that several project examples are already incorporated in the subscription to help show examples of how one can work with it. I jumped immediately into trying to mimic our current tool (one that Works for our Team - that is a hint of the tool we use ;-) and started to create a project. I quickly searched for a way to import tasks instead of manually adding 100+ recurring tasks.Finding this feature was not apparent to me so I reached out with the online help tool. Knowing it was a national holiday, it was still nice to see an acknowledgment saying someone would get back to me. Nice enough :-)To my surprise, I got a live response within minutes telling me where to click so that I could import a csv file."Finding this area" allowed me to see a whole new section and the additional possibilities and features of the platform - all really good!I like the layout and design. The features are rich and at the onset looks like this will be the tool we are going to be using.Some features are missing that I would like to see. While it is possible to import tasks, there is no way to import recurring tasks. As a result, each task needs to be manually edited and set to recurring. Another feature not yet available is the ability to Bulk edit items all at once rather than individually.As I have been playing through, support has been top-notch! I was also surprised at the responsiveness when I asked a question the next day.

Vantagens:

Desvantagens:

I would like to have the ability to bulk edit tasks. Also, while you can import tasks, there is no way to import recurring tasks.

Finally a Client's dashboard that is simple and easy to navigate

Comentários: I have been struggling to find a project management tool with a simple and easy-to-use UI/UX. I tried apps like Assana, Monday, Trello and many more only to get calls or emails from clients saying it's overwhelming and asking me to keep them updated by email. So I decided to move forward with Project.co. I showed it to some of my clients and asked them for feedback. They said it's "Simple and easy to navigate" - music to my UX Design ears. I already started the complete migration to Project.co and the setup process was very smooth: Custom domains/email setup and branding. I had a little problem with permissions and the support team fixed it right away.

Vantagens:

I really like how the project page looks like a Social Media Profile page. It's easy to use and easy to interact with. Every asset, conversation and link is in one place. Not a new concept but the way they design their UI/UX it's simple for my clients to understand.

Desvantagens:

The only thing I'm missing is the Google Drive Integration which it's already planned on their Roadmap.

Comentários: I signed up for Project.co a few weeks ago and I love it! It is really easy to use and checks off all of the boxes for me. I have been trying to find a project management tool for a while now, but the others I found either cost way too much for what I needed or they didn't work very well. If you are someone who manages multiple projects with various team members, Project.co is the obvious choice!

I love how easy it is to use. I had no problem getting used to the functionality.

Desvantagens:

I wish external users could create tasks.

Some features can be improved or added, like more languages. Although for the price and my use case it is an absolute phenomenal product.

Flexible Project Management Tool

Comentários: We needed one toolset to manage projects across small teams and with clients. Until now, we had used a few tools, which made it harder to manage from an admin perspective. With Project.co, it seems we can have everything in one place, including communication, priorities, and more.

Vantagens:

I like the flexibility Project.co offers. It helps us manage internal and external projects and priorities, from marketing to product management and client services using one single platform.

Desvantagens:

There are configuration that can be easier to implement and in bulk. But I believe they'll get there at some point soon and the flexibility it offers pays back.

Productivity Made Simple.

10/10 easy to use and great developers

Comentários: As a software startup in this increasingly competitive market, my company 27Bytes LTD has been looking for exciting new alternatives to the "usual" software choices. Breaking the mould from the age old, and dare I say boring existing solutions! We believe in supporting other SMEs so when something like project.co comes along we jumped at a chance to try it!
It fits really well with our agile workflows and accommodates different users preferred layouts as you can quickly switch views from Kanban to list to scheduler to calendar!
Kanban and scheduler views are where it's at for us though, nice neat columns of data and an easy way to check work loads and manage client expectations at a glance.
Onboarding clients is quite easy too, and looks great when you setup the DNS for a custom domain! being able to share notes and files means less searching through emails and keeping all project related data in the project.
Using Kanban view allows you to change states quicker too, so if you need to update a few different tasks at the same time then switch views and simply move columns! nice and easy.
I've saved the best till last, no android app is a huge bonus to balancing work-life. I've cleared off my trello widget from my phones home screen as I've no need for trello anymore! and with that simple change I'm no longer thinking about work everytime I use my phone. A link to login to project.co on my work laptop and my morning routine has vastly improved.

Vantagens:

Desvantagens:

- menu defaults to open!; - could do with onboarding templates / rules when adding clients to a project. Minor issue. - No api BUT zapier integration is planned;

Finally a project management tool that just works!

Comentários: I've been trying to find a tool like this for so long. Hashing together random other 'market leaders' like Trello, Asana, Clickup or even a custom Notion setup...just didn't click. I couldn't get them to work how I needed.Randomly scrolling through Appsumo I found project.co and took a punt.Already I can see how it's pulling together everything I need, and that embed feature to pull in things like Google Sheet trackers straight into the project - game changer!Everything is just slick and I'm looking forward to seeing just how far I can push it. First impressions are night & day, there was that instant click and as I'm transferring my projects across I can see exactly how much time and effort it's saving me already!If you've been looking for a project management tool that isn't overkill or designed for enterprises, this is it!

A full walkthrough to get you started and ample support on hand for the process.Having everything available in one dashboard without overloading with information or features is a breath of fresh air.The integrations and embed features just make life so much easier. It's a well thought out and real world tested tool!

Simple and elegant

Comentários: I’ve not used this app long but im stoked to have an elegant interface that has a great UX. I love the options here and the templates are amazing too. Digging the whole feel really and u can tell the creators put their love into this with the intention to actually assist a more efficient creative flow. The fact that client communication is combined here is a big deal too. I really hope they stick around! This is my new project management tool and im proud to leave the confusing not as intuitive interfaces of trellis and asana

I like all the options for templates and how easy it is to have the whole project in one doc. This is always the complaint of clients is that items are spread in so many places.

Comentários: As an ex project manager I’ve always loved being organised and ticking off my to-sos and checklists.I’ve used several since starting my entrepreneurial journey and having copious software subscriptions means cashflow to make money needs to be managed…What a great platform Project.co is! I’ve had a play in the last 24 hours. Set up numerous products and even imported a couple of their free templates.Looooove that there’s a video production process already created for content creators.

Planning with my virtual team members to collaborate with other freelancers and my clients.

Nothing yet but it’s a bit early to be honest.

Great alternative to Asana

Comentários: I have been looking for an alternative to Asana for a while and this has ticked all the boxes. I love the fact that I have been able to add a custom domain and my branding too, so it looks like an extention of my website for any clients/ colleagues. One thing I particular love is the layout and that you can quickly and easily get where you want to. There is no feed of all the activity, however I see this as a plus point as this often use to confuse me, rather than help, as we have projects that have fast turnarounds. Thanks so much - I'm so glad I found this great software.

Vantagens:

- Easy to navigate- Can embed any tool with a URL- Custom branding and custom subdomain name

Desvantagens:

- Time tracking could be developed further - by integrating an existing tool

Fantastic Tool To Get Things Done!

I would like my team members to be able to switch to the Gantt chart view by project. But this feature request is already on their roadmap so I am looking forward to use it!

Project.co has been come a critical part of our client project management process.

Vantagens:

Ease of use. We love that we can just open the dashboard and all is there, fast and easy to use and add tasks or update tasks. We love it!

Desvantagens:

Invoicing would be more complete. I want to use centralize our billing here versus using 2 different platforms.

Vantagens:

The customization and white label options on project.co are really great looking.The feel and design is up there with the best. Fast, clean and original.It takes some practical cues from notion and maybe todoist such as in-text commands which is a nice feature. It also has some great unique elements such as video collab notes etc which could set it apart.

Desvantagens:

There is a lot of work to be done though regarding some of the basics:- The kanban style view needs a few tweaks as you need to scroll down each different tab individually which detracts from the big picture view it is supposed to offer. The objective of Kanban is missed this way.- Project views are not extremely clear.- Invoicing doesn't offer manual invoicing where you can manually check i payment went through wire transfer to your bank and mark it paid. - There are remnants of CRM sales pipeline elements such as lead status etc which is great but it is far from ideal for a CRM. The solution shouldn't be everything to anyone. Not that this feature isn't useful, but it would need a mini crm which would change the focus of the project. It has potential to be a superb project management tool for agencies, creatives, freelancers and the like. I think it should focus on this more than anything. Startups use roadmaps a lot which are a great tactical tool for efficiency but putting together a product needs a proper long-term vision. I think this needs a bit of more thought and vision because I don't feel 100% comfortable as yet using it live with clients that are used to other commercial solutions with competing agencies.

Much more than a task management tool

Comentários: Project.co has replaced my legal case management software because it is more functional, easier to use, and is a lot more economical.

Vantagens:

So much more than project management! Not only can you track tasks and manage projects, Project.co can be used as a Client Portal for clients to upload documents, see status of tasks, collaborate with team members, and make payments. This is fantastic for my business, and just what I've been looking for!

Desvantagens:

I wish invoices could be generated before requesting payment. I wish it integrated with LawPay or GravityLegal.

The Best Rising Star Project Management Software

Comentários: I have pretty impressed with how easy & concise the things are inside this project management. This project management has learned from all the other ones which are in the market, take the most important functions, throw the functions which are hardly used or unnecessary & gave birth to Project. In short, it's Easy & Concise, Not Complicated & Oversize

I am running a Digital Marketing Agency & I have been using Trello so far & what I fell lack in there is the ability to see all the project on one screen in comparison to what I can see in MY TASK & ALL TASK which belongs to the whole team. Moreover, in TASK feature, I have an option to see it in List, Calendar, Scheduler & Kanban View. I love the Scheduler View, it lets me know who is busy & who is free. This really the power of Project.co. Next is the Discussion Panel which is inside each project so whatever conversation between the team involved are there, we don't waste any more time tracking our previous conversation. This feature is liking having SLACK inside Project.co without paying any extra dime. Another advantage is having an External User from the client-side is definitely a game-changer. We don't have to update them every day, they just can login & see the development. It is time-saving. Last about the file storage, that is also making life easy as all the related project assets are there. Another time-saving feature.

Desvantagens:

Because it is still new, there are still bug issues that need to be fixed. About features which are still lacking, it is already on the roadmap, just need to be out ASAP, for example, the mobile version.

Comentários: For years, I have been searching for a project.... hang on projectS management tool that let's me keep all of my projects together but only show the relevant project to the relevant people.But now, I not only have that... there is also the ability to customise it the way I want it AND have it on my own domain.That's not all...What you mean I can charge the client through project.co as well?WOW. Just WOW.This is a no brainer...

TI was looking for a project management and to-do list SAAS, and I'm so glad I found Product.io! It has a big potential and it's easy to use. Forget Todoist and Trello - this is the tool you need to get your tasks done quickly. It's intuitive and user-friendly, with great features like task management, collaborative workspace, calendar view, and more. Comentários: I was looking for the same kind of product that my own customers were using for them, but way cheaper and size to my needs.This is exactly what project.co is doing by giving me the right tools on the right place with a great feeling to be “home” will all the data sensitive to my business.It's not only about the functions, but also about the “seriousness” it brings me when I invite a customer on it.The only thing missing is a dark theme!
