> **Vantagens**: Tekmon is really easy to use and to personalize, without extracosts.&#10;The investment is low.&#10;You can start using it with limited amount of data, with addition process.&#10;Good support from the softwarehouse.&#10;Task management already set and ready to use.

> **Desvantagens**: Still some limitations on features (eg: have a progressive counter for a register) - It's not possible to hierarchic organize the assets \&amp; consumables.

Within just a few weeks of hands-on use, I was able to master the platform's features and capabilities and offer the best options to my team / make relevant and useful suggestions to the users. From a User perspective, the interface is intuitive and user-friendly. An induction is enough for Users to get started and become autonomous in using the tool and get the information that they need.&#10;&#10;Another strong point is that the platform continues to evolve, with new features and improvements that align with real-world operational needs. They pay close attention to clients’ needs and feedback, and the development team understands the challenges businesses face and continuously adapt their solutions accordingly.

> **Desvantagens**: The platform's strength in continuous improvement can sometimes present challenges. It requires on-going attention to stay current with available features, and this is necessary as an Admin to be up to speed with the Users. Despite this challenge, the benefits of continuous improvement outweigh the occasional need to catch up on new capabilities. And this aspect is mitigated by good communication with Tekmon technical team.

> **Vantagens**: What really stands out is the support: our contact at Tekmon has been extremely responsive and proactive, often going beyond expectations to help us finding solutions.&#10;Tekmon is a very easy-to-use and intuitive tool, both on the mobile interface and through the portal. We use it multiple times a day in our food production environment (some checklists are triggered every 10 minutes).

> **Desvantagens**: The checklist creation process can be quite structured and requires several steps, which may slow down initial setup. We also encountered some synchronization issues when using long-duration checklists, which seems to be a known limitation among similar platforms.
> 
> Tekmon has become a reliable part of our daily operations, helping us move away from paper-based processes and improving traceability and access to information. Given the benefits, we scaled its use from production to QA and Warehouse Teams in the following year.

> **Vantagens**: In this project, the process and the result were seamless without compromising flexibility. I never felt that our transition to Tekmon’s software was limiting me in any way. All this is thanks to the team’s understanding of our needs and their precious guidance on how to solve various issues.&#10;And the team’s support is continuous. It is great to have someone with a personal relationship who can assist you. With \[sensitive content hidden\] we have a professional relationship, and I get the feeling that I can turn to him for every little issue I face, whether it's significant or not. This is the most crucial aspect for the customer.

> **Desvantagens**: I want to point out that the usual issues that I disliked in other applications relating to the fact that they were solving issues while creating new ones are absent with Tekmon. Nothing negative to mention up to date.

> We use the software in warehouse operations in order to digitize data and facilitate structured communication among colleagues and collaborators.&#10;With Tekmon, we changed the hardware we use. Now, we use mobile devices, whereas before, we had desktop computers that weren't portable and that was quite limiting. For many inspections, we needed archiving and hard copies. We have now phased out hard copies, as everything is online and accessible to those who need it. There were multiple benefits to this: we saved space - we no longer have cabinets filled with paper, and we no longer print paper, so it's environmentally friendly. &#10;On top of that, the user now only needs their mobile device, while the desktop serves as the back office for administrators who work on defining the information they want to receive and organizing that information. This is the flexibility of the platform, as it frees users from being bound in the office, allowing them to be mobile within the warehouse.&#10;The transition was not difficult because everyone was naturally familiar with mobile devices. We simply added another application. The transition was smooth because we started with core needs, and the user himself requested the addition of others. The user continued to use it for their own needs, subgroups were created, each shift had its own forms, and the entire management was not involved. This is to cater to highly specialized needs that don't apply to everyone else in the department.
