> **Vantagens**: Foundation software is very easy to use.  From invoices received to bills going out the door it is done very quickly.  You can customize your financial statements.  We have found that is is a great value for the money.  Then top it all off with the excellent customer support.

> **Desvantagens**: I have not found any cons to the system, they value your input during user conferences and get ahead of any and all issues that might arise.
> 
> I have been working with Foundation for the last 13 years all with my current company, when I was interviewing for my position I saw they had Foundation and I did a little research and found out how powerful the system could be and I was excited.

I also know that if I do need help, I can have Support help me, support is the key, they get back to me very fast\! I like how some support people really know what they're doing in Foundations and have knowledge in taxes and construction accounting.  It's helpful\!\!\!

> **Desvantagens**: Trying to make custom reports, not having a lot of different elements to create a report.  Not being able to reprint some of payroll reports.

> I like it, the cost keeps going up and now everything is an add on. But I like that it offers a lot of different components like the pr taxes and w2 filings.

> **Vantagens**: That it tries to be a one-stop shop. Service is pretty responsive. For the most part, ease of use is simple.

> **Desvantagens**: Some of it's features are outdated like the payroll mobile module. They've just given up on it because they've acquired another system. Also, the document imaging hasn't been worked on. There's no drag and drop feature. If you want a query it'll take weeks when it shouldn't and you're charged an outrageous amount for a report that should be built in.

> It's a good program but lacks progression. Foundation seems to be catching up and not evolving it's program - rather buying other programs as add-ons when they should look at the outdated features it already has inside and make it better for the clients.

> **Desvantagens**: We are opting in to new products/add Ons as Foundation has been offering them such HRHQ, Foundation Pay, Safety HQ.  There have been growing pains and sometime these have been clunky or down.  I would hope that Foundation allocates more resources to these new products to help ensure that they are successful and we can continue to utilize them.

> We have been very pleased with the software, the level of customer service and the price point as well.  I have and would recommend Foundation Software to others.

> **Vantagens**: Foundation is very user friendly, and the customer service is top notch\! It keeps all of our accounting straight with one software. You can scan documents into Foundation for employee files, billings, payments. So all you have to do is go to one place to look for everything.

> **Desvantagens**: There are some simple thing I wish I could do in Foundation. I would love to open a job and go to the next without having to close the job. A service profitability report would be nice for a service side. Like I said it is minor things.

> I love using Foundation\! The software is not hard to learn, and customer service is always there to help.
