I had sent what was essentially an out-of-office note and expected, at best, silence or a generic automated acknowledgement. Instead, I received a thoughtful, relevant reply that showed someone had genuinely taken the time to read what I had written. The software itself works well, but customer service like that is increasingly rare. Technology is supposed to make our lives easier, not remove the human element altogether. Xodo managed to do both. A small interaction perhaps, but one that left a lasting positive impression.
