Vantagens:
Onboarding experience, from both the administrative and employee/contractor perspective, is some of the best I've experienced. Their CS team is also responsive and supportive. I love that they're open to UI feedback as well.
Desvantagens:
They're still figuring out some UI bugs but again, because they're so open to customer feedback, this isn't a deal breaker for us.
Great partner with incredible potential
Comentários: Since we work in different countries, the topics and circumstances of the individual countries are the challenge. Remote and team are always there when you need them and take care of all your questions.

Fast response within 48 hours and very friendly and solution-orientated staff

Good Solution
Comentários: I think Remote is generally a good solution. Over the past 6 months, Ive seen improvements around UI on the platform. There's still opportunity to improve some of their internal ways of operating.
Vantagens:
Good quick and easy solution to bridge global hiring.
Desvantagens:
Siloed information and operations that create delays at times.
Easy payroll solution
Comentários: easy to use software, we are happy with the product
Vantagens:
easy to use, easy solution for foreign payroll
Desvantagens:
little flexibility: pre-payment for one of our employees was difficult to achieve way of invoicing: pre-payroll and actual payroll: this brings extra work as you have to check everything double
