We can manage purchase orders, convert POs to GRNs, and handle all the necessary operations within this system. Indent transfers from the warehouse to outlets are also manageable. We’re able to update monthly physical stock entries and identify item variances.

> **Desvantagens**: Sometimes there is a mismatch in item price or quantity, but we are able to identify it and get it resolved with the team’s support. Also, the number of days allowed for backdated entries could be increased.

> Outlet stocks can be tracked at both the outlet level and the central kitchen. It’s possible to track Purchase Requisitions, POs, GRNs, and pending PR and PO entries at the outlet level as well. Reports are available at the outlet level and the enterprise level for stock, variance, stock transfers, and related items.
