> **Vantagens**: The best thing I liked about Aljex is that we can easily fill up carrier and shippers details on it and can add all the shipment details like rate, Pick-up location, Drop-off location and can create a load with a specified load/pro\#.

> **Desvantagens**: The only thing that I disliked about this is that sometimes the software gets slower like usually it takes fraction of seconds to jump on other section but sometimes it takes like 2-3 seconds. This case it also once in a while.

> Overall, I would like to say that it was a good experience using it. My major time consuming task that is to share the correct rate cons to shipper and carrier, is being done automatically once I fill up all the details on the platform and submiyt it.

> Very disappointed with service, cannot reach anyone when having issue you need to email and they decide when they have time to service. Reports are latterly not accurate and missing many charges etc. You cannot change invoice once summited or it will not be added to front page, Many accessorial fees disappeared and after calling in for service they fixed it but couldn't guarantee all was fixed

Aljex offers something none of the other major brands can: a deep understanding of the logistics needs from and administrations standpoint and a broad and comprehensive approach to the day to day operation of the shipments.

> **Vantagens**: Aljex was way out in front with a cloud based solution years before its competitors.  The help desk responds within 5 minutes or less on desktop support issues.  Unlike a lot of competitors who offer additional programming (and cost) at every turn, Aljex asks us about the underlying business challenge and nearly every time they offer a way to solve it using the existing platform. That's a sign of a partner.  I think much of the success for Aljex is attributed to the fact that the founders of the company were transportation brokers who learned how to program, not IT people who are trying to learn the business. The Aljex user interface is very intuitive because of this .
