Production Values are Fantastic, Platform is Easy to Use!
Comentários: Because of the pandemic, we are not able to see our customers and prospects face to face--and people were Zoomed out--Welcome allows us to create engaging, interactive and dynamic, quality virtual events to continue trainings, sales overviews, thought leadership programs, etc.
Vantagens:
It's very intuitive to set up, the HD streaming is crystal clear and the training/support team is very hands-on and responsive!
Desvantagens:
I signed on with Welcome pretty early on during their soft launch so features were a bit limited early on, but their team listens to their customers and they've been adding great features almost weekly, definitely monthly -- nearly all the "I wish it did this" items have now been deployed.

Never going back to Zoom for webinar recordings
Comentários: Overall, my experience with Welcome has been trememdous. They are exceptional people with a great software.
Vantagens:
The ease of use for report analytics, being able to retrieve a recording and the ability to have a green room is incredibly useful. On the audience side, it is a stunning experience especially if you're tuning in live.
Desvantagens:
This product does require only a little bit of learning, however the same goes with any other webinar software you could think of (including Zoom). But the customer support team is exceptional and there every step of the way.
Easy online meeting platform
Vantagens:
Welcome is a simple and effective online meeting platform. The quality of the production studio is pretty high and I appreciate that Welcome offers you the possibility to customise the live event with your brand’s feature (like logo, graphics..).
Desvantagens:
Maybe an alert feature could be useful to add
Elevated Virtual Events
Comentários: My overall experience has been wonderful! I've felt supported by Welcome and like with each event I'm learning and the platform is getting better!
Vantagens:
I love the level of control that I can have as producer. I love that our attendees always have positive things to say about Welcome during and after each event. I love that our speakers enjoy the experience. I love the opportunity for white labeling, branding, and inserting creative/unique touches. I love the Welcome team!
Desvantagens:
That I can't add unique questions to different scheduled breakout rooms. I don't love the refresh glitch. Sometimes you can't tag folks so easily in the chat.
Take Your Digital Events to the Next Level with Welcome
Comentários: The key to any successful digital event is the team to make it happen. Welcome has a lot of features, but its customer success team along with its IT/producers on the backend are 100% reliable and always there to help, troubleshoot or make something. more engaging. I feel like I have an entire event army behind us and I know we can turn any event into something more memorable with Welcome.
Vantagens:
High-quality video, music, and other engagement options. Easy to use once you learn the basics!
Desvantagens:
The fact that I have to log in from an incognito page each time. Something to do with cookies?
