Having a more-standardized way of naming eSP's menu items (i.e., no abbreviations, and/or clearer descriptions) would help the platform feel more cohesive.2 - Difficult learning curve:--\> eSP has an inviting, user-friendly interface, but the full functionality of the platform is sometimes unclear. eSP has many useful functions, but there is a rather steep learning curve for this platform.--\> This is somewhat related to my note \#1: I do believe that standardizing the naming conventions of all menu items would help make the learning curve less steep.3 - Inaccessible financial statements for previous years:--\> We are unable to access financial statements from years prior to "last year".--\> For example, if I want to generate Moveo's profit \& loss statement, I am only able to select: 1 - "last year", 2 - "this year", and 3 - "next year". Please expand this functionality. We need to access financial statements for all years, regardless of time period. The accounting integration was so painful that honestly the only reason we still have ESP is because I don't think we could put our accounting team through another migration. So we basically se it for timesheets and billing and we have replaced all other functionality with far superior tools like Microsoft Teams for team collaboration and Asana for project management. > > A lot of promises.
